Chapter 5

🌍🌎🌏

10:45 am

Pluto-chan and Moon-chan waited on the same bench in front of the building. Pluto-chan held a golden ball and bounced repeatedly as Moon-chan sat quietly.
"Moon-chan?" Pluto-chan asked.
"Yeah?"
"Are you ever jealous of Earth-chan?" Moon-chan paused at this. If she were to be honest, then yes. She is jealous of her older sister. Earth-chan has humans to keep her company, life, nature, everything. Moon-chan has none of that, and other planets have a hard time trusting her because she has "a dark side" hence her hair being half black.
"Moon-chan!" Pluto-chan snapped her fingers in Moon-chan's face said planet snapped out of her trance and shook her head a few times. "You still haven't answered my question."

*Inside the building*

Earth-chan and Nasa-kun watched as a woman with, shiny, golden hair flowing behind her, she wore what looked like a scout uniform with see-through black leggings, and brown boots. Her eyes were a light red color and her smile was dashing.
"Sun-sensei?!" Earth-chan exclaimed. She didn't except her own mentor to visit today.
"Hello Earth-chan!" She greeted, "how's my favorite planet?"
"I'm okay, I'm guess. Sun-Sensei what are you doing here, I mean not that I don't want you here."
"I haven't spoken with you in a long time," Sun-sensei said while poking her finger together. "150 years to be exact."
"It wasn't THAT long ago." Earth-chan muttered under her breath. Sun-sensei then proceeded to hug Earth-chan hug, which is basically smothering the small planet in the star's, rather large breasts.
"I've missed you so much!" Sun-sensei cried. Nasa-kun stood by laughing as Earth-chan tried to release herself.

In the meeting room

All the countries talked at the same time in a mixure of surprise and panic. Of course they were still trying to process that Earth-chan is real. Germany raised his voice to quiet everyone down, surprisingly it worked within a few seconds.

"Now," Germany began, "We all know our loveable Earth-chan is dying. Sadly it seems like it's our fault for that." All countries agreed in sadness, "But like she said, we can still make a difference. Of course it's not going to be that easy."
"I think we should start by spreading awareness in our own countries for now." Spain announced.
"I agree with tomato bastard." Romano said.
"Yes, but there will be a couple of slight problems," Alfred input.
"What would that be Alfred?" England asked. Alfred gave a 'I think you know what I'm talking about' look. England was confused for a second, then realization hit him, then he deadpanned. "Oh." It didn't take long for each country to catch on what America was talking about before they all deadpanned. Yup it's going to be a problem.

Back outside the meeting room

After several pleas from Earth-chan, Sun-sensei finally let go of the small planet. Then she had another coughing fit.
"Senpai!" Nasa-kun exclaimed. He held Earth-chan up. He then noticed there was more blood then usual.
"Oh Earth-chan, I'm so sorry!" Sun-sensei apologized with tears forming in her eyes.
"No..." Earth-chan started weakly, "It's not your fault... Sun-sensei." Nasa-kun sat Earth-chan down on the nearst chair.
"Oh Earth-chan, how long has this been going on?" Earth-chan looked down at her banaged knees. "Earth-chan answer me."
"Um, a few centuries?" It came out more like a question. Sun-sensei began crying her eyes out.
"Why didn't you tell anyone?!" Earth-chan flinched at the sudden remark.
"I... I didn't want to be burden to anyone." Nasa-kun hugged her tightly.
"Senpai, you are not a burden to anyone."
"Nasa-kun is right, you could've asked me at least."
"You can't do a single thing! I need the humans' help but none of them are there for me!" Earth-chan then forced herself out of Nasa-kun's arms and ran away from Sun-sensei and Nasa-kun.
"Earth-chan wait!" Sun-sensei called out as Earth-chan booked it down the stairs and out the building.

Outside

Earth-chan dashed from the tall building and onto the streets, without noticing Moon-chan or Pluto-chan.
"Was that Earth-chan?!" Pluto-chan said. Moon-chan nodded and called for her sister.
"Earth-chan!!!" But her cried fell on deaf ears. Sun-sensei and Nasa-kun ran up to Moon-chan and Pluto-chan.
"Where did she go?!" Nasa-kun demanded. Pluto-chan pointed into the direction Earth-chan went, but the planet of life was nowhere in sight. "No! We have to find her!"
"Wait, what about the countries?" Moon-chan asked.
"We'll tell them Earth-chan ran away!" Nasa-kun raced back into the building, up the flights of stairs and into the meeting room. Inside, all the countries looked at Nasa-kun who, surprisingly, has not run out of breath yet. "Guys! Earth-chan is gone!!!"

Annnnd, another chapter complete. Okay seriously, I need to do either monthly uploads or upload every few weeks! 😣😣😣
