16 years after the battle of Manaphy Sea, Solus the Typhlosion and volcana de Typhlosion had an egg which they called Donavan. He hatched out of his egg as an Cyndaquill, and was born into a small village of fire type Pokémon. Donavan, was a very fast learner, and he was one of the smartest children in the village, and also can use psychic to a small extent. They saw a lot of potential in him, being a shiny and all.
Jarred was only an egg when his parents got rid of him, putting him at the door of a random house in a obscure village of fire types. It turns out that house was home to Solus and Volcana the Typhlosions of team Blaze Blue. Jarred grew up being a slow learner, often being mocked for being a stupid adopted mudkip. However, he was too oblivious and stupid to see the bullies were laughing at him instead of with him,
Solus and Volcana took care of Jarred and Donavan both, being a retired rescue team they taught them to fight in what they believe. When Donavan turned 16, and Jarred turned 14, they decided to make a rescue team to be heroes like their parents. So their parents have them the old equipment they used when they were in the roster of teams. And so the dynamic duo of Team MudQuill set off to be the best team around!
