Chapter 3

Nobody’s POV:-

Today is November 29th. And its the last day of your school. Your school is making a farewell party for the seniors.

Hyunsik decides to confess to you this day since he think its the suitable time to let you know about his feelings.

“Hyunsik-ah! Are you going to this night’s party?”You asked him when you are on your way home.

“Hmm...Yeah. Why?”he asked.

“Errr...Can you accompany me tonight? I’m going alone tonight.”you told him.

His heart beats faster when you invited him to accompany you.

“O-of course! I would love to!”he said and smiled from ear to ear.

You smiled and ran to your house to prepare for the night.

‘Yes! Tonight is the night I’ll tell her how I feel.’Hyunsik told himself when he closed his room door.

That night~

He waited for you outside your house every second he felt like his heart was about to drop anytime since it was beating rapidly.

“Hyunsik?”you called him when you walked out of your house.

He turned to see you and his jaws mentally dropped to the ground.

‘So beautiful...’he told himself.

“Lets go.”you said as the both of you walked to the school.

It was quite windy that night and since you’re just wearing a simple dress, you felt the cold until your spine.

He noticed that you’re cold, he took of his jacket and gave it to you.

“Hyunsik-ah...”

“No, you need this more than I do.”he cuts you off.

You just smiled and thanked him.

The both of you arrived at the school not long after that and the both of you separated and went to each others group.

Your POV:-

“Unnie!”Mihyun called me.

“Ah! Mihyunnie!”I smiled at her and walked faster.

“Woah~Unnie...You look very pretty! I ish jealous here!”she told me.

“Ani...I’m not pretty. I’m wearing something simple for tonight.”I told her as my eyes wandered around the school hall.

“Unnie...This is your last year right?”she asked.

I nodded.

“Ouh~I won’t be able to see you again next year!”she pouted.

“Kekeke...Don’t worry, we still going to meet outside the school. I promise!”I made a pinky promise.

“Promise?”she asked.

I nodded.

“Unnie...Didn’t you notice that Hyunsik oppa have been glaring at you since you came?”she said as she look behind me.

I turned around and what Mihyun said was true, he is staring at me. I looked at him back but suddenly his face turned red and he turned around.

‘What's with him?’ I asked myself.

Nobody’s POV:-

Hyunsik just stared at you from his member’s table.

“Hyung! I’ve something to tell you!”Sungjae butts in.

“What?”Ilhoon asked.

“Do you know that Minhyuk hyung is getting married?”he asked.

Ilhoon and Hyunsik’s eyes widened.

“Woah! Jinjja? With JaeMin?”Hyunsik asked.

Sungjae shook his head.

“Ani! Its JaeMin’s little sister, JaeSoo.”he told them.

“What? I thought he was going to marry JaeMin!”Ilhoon said in disbelief.

“I know! I was shocked too when he told me this evening. He was so frustrated when JaeMin’s parents said that JaeMin isn’t ready to get married yet so they let JaeSoo take over her.”he told us the info.

“So, when are they getting married?”Hyunsik asked.

“January next year, 3 months before our debut date.”he continued.

“Aish...It must’ve been hard for him.”Ilhoon said as he sipped his cola.

“Yeah, I know right?”Hyunsik replied.

The night passed very fast and Hyunsik told you to meet him outside the hall when the clock strikes 12 am.

You walked outside the hall and you saw Hyunsik was standing with a smile on his face.

“So, is there anything you want to tell me?”you asked.

“MinJoo...There’s something I need to tell you...”he said.

“What is it?”you asked again.

“I...I like you...”he confessed.

Your eyes widened at his sudden confession.

“Ok Hyunsik, that was a good joke. But seriously, its not funny.”you felt the chills through your spine.

“No. I’m serious here. I like you. Scratch that, I love you!”he confessed again this time with a serious face.

“H-Hyunsik...I-I’m sorry...”you said when you realized he was being serious.

“Why?”he asked.

“I don’t have the same feeling like you...You’re just my friend, I-I didn’t expect that you’ll feel something towards me. I’m sorry.”you started to walk away but he caught your hands and gave you a sudden hug.

“No...Please MinJoo...”he pleaded.

You struggled from him and walked away as fast as you can.

‘What can you do now Hyunsik? Face it, she doesn’t like you. You’re just her friend!’ his inner self tries to remind him.

He felt that this is the worst heartbreak he ever experience.

He started to walk random direction and stopped in front of a bar.

‘Lets see if this place can make me forget my problems...’he told himself and walked inside the bar.
