Caught By The Heart (Sonic x Pokémon Trainer Reader)

Prologue:Beginnings Of New Adventures

(Y/n)'s POV

Hi! My names (Y/n) (Y/l/n) and I live in the Alola Region, where every Alolan Pokémon is different and similar from the Kantonian Pokémon. I live on Iki Town in MeleMele Island. The home of the Island Guardian, Tapu Koko. I met him since I was a little girl and we became best friends. When I turned 10, I went to Professor Kukui to get my first Pokémon. And I chose my all-time favorite, Popplio. We get on the track and catch as many Pokémon as we can. The Pokémon that I first caught was a Rockruff, it was near the river drinking water. I know that rock types are weak against water types, so it was a good practice for a Pokémon Capture. While walking in the forest, I suddenly got the feeling that somebody's watching me. I suddenly encountered a Bewear and it waved it's arms in a friendly passion. My mother told me that it's a sign to stay away from it or else the Bewear will attack you. So, I walk towards another direction and it left me alone.

As I caught a lot of Pokémon to add in my team, I decided to take the Island Trials. It's a good thing that father was good friend of the Island Kahuna of MeleMele Island. His name is Hala and he specialized in fighting type Pokémon. My first trial is to defeat the Totem Pokémon Gumshoos, but I have to defeat it's allies first. I be able to defeat them with Popplio and Mimikyu. That's when the Totem Pokémon Gumshoos appeared and it was bigger that a regular Gumshoos. I managed to defeat it thanks to Mimikyu and it rewarded me a Normalium Z, a normal type Z Crystal. After the first trial Hala gave me a Z Ring with a Waterium Z on it. The next day was the grand trial, where I have to face Hala in a Pokemon Battle. After defeating him, he gave me a Fightinium Z as reward for completing the island challenge. I was about to go back home when Tapu Koko appeared out of nowhere. He approached me and he nuzzles me with affection. I return his affection with a hug, suddenly he took my last empty Pokeball and he caught himself with it. It shook three times and a dinging sound was heard from the Pokéball.

Now, I'm 17 years old and my partner is now a Primarina, she was my very best friend.

The Rockruff I caught was now a Lycanroc Dusk Form, I can't leave him since he was very loyal to me.

I caught an Alolan Vulpix, and she was very injured. She was abused by her previous trainer and its because of her color. Instead of the original or shiny color of the Alolan Form, she is all light yellowish.

I also got a Pikachu, now she was quiet a handful. Cause this lil' gal is a speedster, she usually can be seen in our backyard and she often use the move Quick Attack or Agility to have a little boost. She is also stuborn, reckless, and sometimes never listen to me (Imagine that the tail has two curves on the end).

I caught an Riolu back in the Sinnoh Region, which is now a Lucario. Like Lycanroc, he's very loyal and will do anything to protect me.

The last member of my Pokémon Team is the Island Guardian Deity of MeleMele Island itself, Tapu Koko. He is quiet playful and loves to play tricks with the tourists in MeleMele Island and also the strongest Pokémon that I ever caught. I can't let myself to leave him at Professor Kukui's Ranch, 'cause if I do that it might broke his trust to me.

They were my current Pokémon in my team and it's my responsibility to take care of them and make sure that their happy. Even if it means I have to release them.

I decided to go on an adventure and find my true purpose and destiny in life. But the only problem is that I already traveled all of the Pokémon Regions. I want a new place to go and explore. Until Mom told me about a far away island, which goes with name Seaside Island or commonly known as Bygone Island. That island was not inhabited by any Pokémon, instead it was inhabited by creatures called Mobians. They are like Pokémon, except that they look, act and speak like humans, and each Mobian born with all kinds of powers and abilities. I decided to go there for my next adventure. I packed my stuff, food, and my Pokémon Team and went to the airport and get a ticket to Bygone Island. While I sat on my seat as the airplane flies to my destination, I put on my headphones and listen to my phone, where I made different types of song with a special music creator app.

I totally pull it off, I can't wait to see the new things that I might learn there. As my old journey ends and another one begins.
