Mabel's POV
I walked down the stairs in front of the institute, just before I heard someone calling out my name from behind.
"Mabel! Wait!" I turned around and saw Pacifica running closer to me.
"Hi, Pacifica." I greeted normally. She kept smiling all the time, I've wondered if she glued it that way.
"Wanna walk home together?" I'm a bit shocked with her request, since, no one dares to ask me the same thing.
"Sure thing." I smile a bit. Her smiles even wider than before.
"Let's go!" She grabbed my left hand and start pulling me for the walk. I took my hand away and started to walk myself.
After a few minutes of silent, I decided to ask her few questions.
"So... Pacifica. Where do you live?" she turned her face to facing me while her feet still walking.
"Mystery Shack. With my mother, uncle and cousin." the word 'cousin' caught me in interest.
"Say, how old is your cousin?" she got confused for a while but answered it anyway.
"Same as us. He probably working right now." Pacifica pull out her phone and showed me his face.
"OH MY GAWSH! What's his name?!" I saw Pacifica smirk a bit.
"Gideon. Gideon Pines." her eyes began to glowing in excitement.
"W-what?" her smiles give me shivers.
"Someone just fall in love!" she said with a singing tone happily.
"N-no... It just... Curious?" I shrugged my shoulders denying it. I mean... Who believe in love at first sight? Right?...
Oh Gawd. What is wrong with my life? Hehe.
"Say, why can't I find him at school? Is he graduated or something?" I asked instantly, changing the topic.
"Yeah, you can say that. Last few years, he to be said, the genius in institute by teachers. A company hired him and sponsors him for the rest of few decades. He loves to pay a visit at institute as sometimes he'll studies there, but he already learned advanced researches provided by the company." she stopped there as we arrive at the Gleeful's Mansion.
"Thank you Pacifica, for the walk. And a bit of info about your cousin. He sure a seems to be an interesting guy to know and see face to face." she didn't reply as she was staring at our mansion for seconds.
"You sure got a very big house." she said as sparkles formed in her eyes.
"Thanks. Anyway, you know how to get to your house from here right?" I asked as she look at me.
"Don't worry, I know the way. See ya tomorrow, Mabel!" she jogged away. I watched her jogged away for few seconds before her back faded. Then, making my way into the Mansion.
As I walked through the front door, I was greeted by Soos. His face somehow look a lot happier than before.
"Welcome home, Young Miss. He is waiting for you in the Dining Room." Soos said as he was smiling happily. Dipper woke up? Oh my gawd!
