I was walking downtown Los Anglos streets from my house to the nearest bookstore, The Bookrack, like a normal weekend. It was a bit cold that morning so I had on my yellow scaf with the fringe at the end, skin tight blue jenes, and a brownish leather jacket just like the one Jennifer Lawrence has. My phone started going off and I scrambled to get it out of my pocket. I finally do so and it was just my e-mail.  I continue to read the message from tumbler when I bump into something,  thinking it was a tree I look up to see what it was. Instead of seeing a brach reaching out for me I see a hand. peables

"Hi sorry about that beautiful, I wasn't watching were I was going I'm so sorry." he says, but I can't see his face from the glare of the sun. I cover my face with my left hand my right hand holding me up. I see his face. Oh. My. God. Dat. Face. Doe. He has an emo cut, I always fall for boys with emo hair. He's wearing a neon yellow, zipped up vest, a grey benie, high tops, and like me skin tight jenes.

"Oh.... it's cool same here it's not completely your fault."

I take his offer of his cold hands.

"Well we're you going?"

He asks rubbing his nape with his right hand.

"Why? You wouldn't care."

"How do you know?"

He says with a warm smile, lopsided.

"The bookstore. "

I hear a sigh leave his lips.

"Told you, you'd wouldn't want to come."

I argue with him

"Fine, but at least give me your number."

I do so with a purple pen I found burried in my bag and a note book I always use.  He looks over the number, smiles and walks away.

I was dumbfounded,  what was that? Did I just get flirted with? No, I couldn't have, but maybe. I go over and pick up my phone that flew about ten feet from where I had fallen.

I walk into the bookstore still thinking about what on earth just happened when I am greeted by Susan McKay one of the youngest workers at the store. "Hello Ms. Olson. " she  says with a smile "Can I help you with anything?" she tilts her head and smiles again. She's a lot younger then me, maybe 16. On the other hand I'm 22 and she just wants to be the one someone goes to if they come back. "Please hun, you don't have to be all perky I always come back." I tell her and she relaxes. "Thank you. I've been doing that all day." her brown dolly hair slides into her eyes and she pushes it back behind her ears. Susan you can say looks exactly like Demi Lovito when she had her bangs, but she had curl to her hair. "Tell me when you want to be rung up." she says and shoos me off. I finger through the books reading title after title. None look appealing or interesting. Until I find one with an interesting title that grabs my eyes. The Fault in our stars

That's it thats the book. I snach it up and go off to the cash register.  I saw that boy who was flirting with me, but not him, his hat. I go to reach for it and a hand reaches for mine. I look up, into his eyes, his chocolatey brown eyes. "Um this isn't what it looks like I don't like reading, I'm a hipster." I look into his hand same book as me. "Wait you hate reading? It must be so boring in that poor little mind of yours." I say grabing the hat and standing up. He takes his hat from me. " Ok, please don't tell anybody." I nod and do that 'my lips are sealed' thing. He smiles and I get the book from his hand. I walk up to the couner. "Act like an annoyed boyfriend." I say and he crosses his arms while looking at the ceiling annoyed. I pay for the books and put them in my bag. We leave the store.

"So what's your name?"

"Chloe Olson. You?"

"Full name."
