Basically this story isn't real it's just one of my stories which isn't being published yet but this is the project given to Y/n,Noah,Jack and Finn,Millie (or Sadie?)

It was Sarah's birthday today Ethan gave her a lovely present Sarah (Y/n) and Ethan (Finn) have been best friends since birth i guess or something like that but on that particular day too Sarah got into a accident she just got hit a car she was in a coma for 4 months and in that 4 months Ethan and Josh (Jack) (Another Friend of Sarah) were always at you side after school they go straight to the hospital to go and check Sarah out

One day Sarah suddenly wakes up and got better all well she has gotten stronger regain her strength after a week

She started going back to school after that she knew that Ethan was courting another girl it hurts you because you never got a chance to tell him you love him
While Ethan's attention was diverted to Claire (Millie) Josh was always there for you and your brother Andy (Noah) was there for you two in anyway

With that Josh and Sarah are being close Ethan notice it and got jealous he doesn't know why and he was running towards Sarah that is currently across the street Ethan got hit by a car and He was in unconscious for 20 days but when we woke up he had no memories and Sarah was the one who stood by him all the time making Josh to let Sarah go and Ethan fall in love with her the second time around
