Anxiety

Cole could see lilis anxiety spiking up. They were back stage at paley fest and they had been swarmed by fans all the way in and now they had to go on stage. "Hey.. you'll be okay, I'll be right next to you" Cole said before his name got called and he made his way onto stage.

Once the panel has started Cole started to pick up on lili being fidgety but it got all too much when a girl asked if they were dating. Cole laughed and said "no comment" and trying to make it into a joke but all the cast new that lili was struggling to keep her nerves and anxiety in check. "Lils you good?" Cami asked leaning in to whisper to her best friend. Lili didn't say anything. When the panel was over the cast signed autographs and pictures for the audience but lili made a break for backstage as soon as it had finished. She ran to the green room and slid down the wall trying to catch her breath but was failing. Suddenly Madelaine came in. "Lils oh my god are you okay?" She said kneeling in front of her. The rest of the cast came in not knowing what was going on and as soon as Cole saw lili he ran to her side rubbing her back trying to calm her down. Mads shooed everyone away so lili didn't feel suffocated. "Hey Lils, breath with me in and out okay?" Cole said and started taking deep breathes for lili to follow. "That's it's baby girl, you're doing great" he said. When she was calm again her lifted her up and placed her on his lap. "I'm sorry baby I should have seen you were anxious, we shouldn't have gone on" he said into her hair. "Don't be silly it was okay I've just been travelling a lot and I'm tired that's why I was anxious" she said and he kissed her softly. "Thank you for looking after me" she said and he hugged her closer. "I love you Lils, I do anything for you" Cole said. "I love you too". Lili said before snuggling back into his chest.
