Yuka's Pov

As I woke up I felt someone's arms around me and begin to sleep again but I got out of the arms of I realized Hijikata and went to the bathroom and threw up

I then finished throwing up and say in the restroom as I peed on the pregnancy test stick my brother gave me to use just in case

I was in shock as I found out that I was pregnant but with Hijikata's child

How do I tell him?? I said in my head but I quickly washed up and got changed as I see Hijikata already in his changed outfit too

Um Good Morning Hijikata I said to him

Goodmorning Yuka are you ok?? He asked

Yes I'm fine but there is something I have to tell you i said to him

As he looked shocked his reaction and answer was disappointing

As I was walking I felt a kick on my stomach.

Hijikata's Pov

As I walked back to headquarters I begin to order some of my men to patrol for anything suspicious around Edo

But I was sad of what I did to Yuka

I didn't even tell her how I feel I'm so selfish I thought in my head

What's wrong Hikijata-san?? Asked Sougo

I then explained to Sougo that I met Yuka at a bar and that I and her slept together and that she is pregnant with my child

And how I rejected her and putted my duties before her and my child

Your an idiot Hijikata you of all people should know that being a father is a responsibility and you my friend are not being responsible

I can see why Yuka-sama tossed you into the air said Sougo

Ughh you just came to make an idiot out of me I said sadly

But your right I should at least be responsible for my child and Yuka I said

And after our night together I seriously never fell in love with no beautiful woman like her i said
