I started to shiver as I arrived at my neighbors house. I inhaled the sweet spring air around me before I knocked on her door. A few seconds passed when she finally opened the door, standing in front of me was a woman with slight grey hair with about ten pounds of makeup on. She takes me in warmly and takes you to her 'babies'. She gives you a list of what her 'babies' needed before she left to go play shuffle board.

I then realised that I was babysitting a couple of bunnies, but I did what I was told and followed the list. I fed, comforted them and now it was playtime. I took the cage outside onto the dead grass, I sat on the last step and let them out of the cage. I watch 5 bunnies play and stumble upon each other.

Okay she said she'd be back around 2pm...

I thought to myself as I rubbed a white bunnies ear.

1...2...3...4...5...6...

I counted the bunnies as they hopped around you.

They're so cute...

After a few minutes of playtime I chased the bunnies around and placed them in the cage.

1,2,3,4,5,6-

I paused as I watched the white bunny hops out of the cage. I quickly closed the cage incase any of the other bunnies got the same idea, I began to chase the white bunny around the yard.

The white bunny stopped as if to patronize me, then it hopped into a hole. I started to panic as I made my way to the hole. I looked in the hole, I couldn't see the white bunny anywhere. I started pacing cursing to myself. I had to force myself to look closer in the hole. Me being the clumsy person I am, slipped and fell into the hole, on the way down I noticed that the hole was a lot deeper than I had expected.

I somehow landed softly, almost face planting into a strange room. The floor and roof looked the same size and they had the same checkered pattern. Out the corner of my eye I saw a white blur pass by.

The white bunny sat in front of a wall as if it was in time-out. It nudged forward and tapped its nose on the wall revealing a small door, it tapped it again and the door opened and the bunny hopped through. The small door slamed shut as I ran to open it, trying but failing to pry it open, but once I touched the door nob a bigger door appeared.

I walked to the bigger door and turned the nob, to my surprise it was unlocked. As I started to open the door the light on the other side blinded me. I could hear birds chirping a sweet song, I turned around and heard the wings of bigger birds fly off.

"Hello Alice, welcome to Wonderland..." a low voice said as the white bunny from before turned into a boy in front of my eyes.

I blinked and looked behind me to see if he was talking to someone else.

"I'm talking to you, cutie" the boy chuckled as he slipped his hands into mine and pulled me into the other dimension.

The boy was wearing all white clothing with no stains. His hair was a lavender colour, probably to add some colour to him. Then on top of his head were... ears... rabbit ears...

He smirked as he pulled me through.

"Don't act like you haven't been here before." He chuckled as I awkwardly pulled my hands away from his.

"I can't remember ever coming here" I whispered nervously to him, he sighed and smiled.

"Oh, right I forgot... well I might as well introduce myself to you then... I'm Ned, it's nice to see you again Alice it's been a long time." He said as he held out his hand to me. I stared at his hand with hesitation I took it and we shook.

"Wow, you've gotten prettier, since the last time I saw you- I mean you've always been pretty but, you're much prettier..." Ned corrected as he slightly  squeezed my hand in his. Blushing, I pulled my hand back and looked away hoping he hadn't seen me turn crimson.

"T-Thanks... I guess." I managed to stutter. Ned laughed and turned around signaling me to walk over a bridge. I follow as he stuffs his hands into his pockets.

"W-Where are we going?" I asked as he looked over his shoulder at me.

"I'm showing you around before I go." He said as I caught up to his side.

"Go? Go where?"

Ned smiled and looked down.

"To the White Queen... are you afraid I won't come back?" He asked with a smirk as he stopped walking and faced me. I quickly shook my head,

"N-No I just-"

"I'm kidding, Alice, gosh you got really shy." He sighed, as I turn crimson again, he chuckled and started walking again.

I followed him and looked around, I started to hear music being played in a tune that I remembered, but couldn't recall from where. I looked around as the music got louder but I couldn't see anyone playing. Ned glanced at me and chuckled. He leaned in resting his soft lips on my neck.

"Look down..." he said as a chill ran down my back. I looked up at Ned then down at the floor.

Flowers.

I gasped and smiled in awe, " They're singing...!" I giggled and knelt down to the rose next to me and brushed my fingertips over the pedals of the singing flower. Ned smiled as I hummed the tune softly.

After showing me the places he wanted to show me, he led me toward an empty feild. Ned held my hands and looked down at me.

"Well, I'll be off now, Alice." He winked and let go of my hands. He leaned down and kissed me, then turned around and walked off, waving goodbye.

"I'll see ya soon!" He called as I stood frozen in the middle of the field of flowers, shocked. I reached up and touched the tips of my fingers along my lips remembering how he kissed me.

Who is he? how did he already know me?...

I begin to wonder as I walk around the field. Looking down and kicking rocks, I bumped into something and fell back when a hand quickly grabbed mine just before I hit the floor.
