DINAH'S POV I was so nervous to meet everyone for the first time. I was pacing around my house just waiting for them to arrive, I'm the last one to meet them all because Ally had went to go pick them all up from the airport. They had planned their arrivals, and went to LAX which is near Ally's house. How could I not have ever bumped into her, I mean I'm always in the area of LA she said she lived in hanging out with my friend Zendaya. My phone went off signaling I had a message, so I not-so-gracefully jumped onto the couch to read my new message
Lauser🙄: Mani, Ally where are you guys Manz🍾: we're waiting in the baggage claim, they said that your flights bags were at this carousel Allysus➕: guys Normani is so much prettier in real life like 😱 I died when I saw her Dinah😍: I'm jealous, I'm the last person that gets to see everyone Manz🍾: you're also the most important person to see Lauser🙄: I see you guys don't move Lauser🙄:... Dinah😍: they literally aren't moving aren't they? Lauser🙄: 👉🏼👃🏼🛎🛎🛎 Dinah😍: on the nose ding ding ding? Lauser🙄: Yup Manz🍾: AHHH LAURENS EYES HAVE MADE ME DEAD Dinah😍: well hurry up and get here I wanna see you guys Allysus➕: don't worry you're pretty blonde-but-not-really-blonde head we're leaving the airport now Dinah😍: YAY
I'm even more nervous now, I had this whole idea of how I wanted today to go when I had finally met them all, especially Normani, but I am so nervous at how this whole thing is going to go. What if they hate me? What if they think I'm annoying? I know I can be overbearing at times, and my sense of humor doesn't sit well with some people, but I can't help it. What if Normani breaks up with me because i don't have the time I usually do to edit what I'm going to say and sound smoother than I am when I have a real interaction with people. What if- shit they're here. How long had I been rambling on in my head, whatever it doesn't matter. I shake off the nerves and take a deep breath, preparing to open the door to meet people who I have gotten so close to in such a short amount of time.
I walk over to the front of the empty house-my family went away, but i can only deal with that many family members for so long- and opened the door. I was immediately bombarded with hugs and squeals and jumping. I couldn't stop smiling even though I didn't even have a moment to look at any of them. After we had gotten the "basic" girl greeting out of the way, I stepped aside and ushered them into the house.
"You guys can leave your bags in here for now, I can show you the rooms later. Unfortunately, we only have one guest room and my siblings and parents would kill me if anyone besides them slept in their bed, so someone's gonna have to share with me and the other two will have to share."
"I'll share with Dinah." Normani said as they all walked into the living room. Dinah had sat on the loveseat and Normani had taken up the somewhat small space next to her while ally and Lauren had taken up the recliners next to it.
Dinah flushed as heat rose to her cheeks at the thought of sharing the bed with Normani, especially since Ally was right in her texts in saying that Normani is way more beautiful in real life. The fact that Normani was in such close proximity to her on the couch wasn't helping her blush either. She looked around hoping the others didn't notice the way she reacted to Normani's statement, but they weren't paying attention, instead nodding their agreement to the arrangement.
"So what do you guys wanna do? We can just hang out in here and order food, or we could go outside and order food and hang out in the pool and hot tube in the backyard." I said trying to alleviate the anxiety I had from being this close to Normani. Sure we had messaged all the time and sexted and even had a couple of instances where we had phone sex via Skype, but that was when she was still a four hour drive away. I mean I had never kissed anyone else before, the only reason I was that confident was because I had time to think about what I had wanted to say to her.
"I'm down for the second option, I wouldn't mind tanning and swimming." Lauren said, Ally and Normani voicing their agreement with Lauren.
With that settled, I have them a tour of the house and we all set off to change into our bathing suits.

Once everyone was downstairs and ready to go into the pool, and I saw how hot everyone looked, and the way that Mani was checking me out when I came downstairs, I just knew, this is going to be a long and wonderful week
