"Verndari!" Leon yelled to me.

"What's up buttercup?" I asked as I changed how I was sitting in the seat so now the back was against my chest.

"Don't call me that. Also I've been calling your name. I don't understand this question." She handed her book over to me.

"Let's see." I turned the book around and began to read the question. "So you are fighting alone behind you there is a group of Ursas chasing you and upfront of you there is a cliff with a river at the bottom. Your aura is dangerously low. All you have is your weapon and a rope what do you do?"

"It makes no since." she said as she ran her hands threw her almost silver colored hair.

She always says it's silver but it looks a bit more like steel to me.

"Use what you have. Your weapon in particular could easily hook on to something and if you tie the rope to it you can use it to hang over the edge and either they will run of the edge or wait for a bit and leave. They cant climb down to you because they aren't built for climbing."

"How did you figure that out so fast?" She scratched her head as she took the book back.

"It's a survival class if you pay attention you pick up stuff pretty well."

"I'm surprised you even picked anything up as much as you stare that a certain red head all class." As soon as she had finished speaking I threw my book at her.

"I do not stare."

"You so do. I've seen it myself. Also speaking of class we should leave so we can get to and eat breakfast before our remnant history class." she grabbed a couple books and bolted out of the room.

I went and picked my book up off the ground and followed her.

Apparently we weren't the last people to breakfast team JNPR walked in right after us. I had already gone through the line and got my food. And start at the only available table with Leon. I was a bit surprised when team JNPR and team RWBY sat with us along with us.

I noticed Nora looked a bit sadden so I couldn't help but ask, "What's wrong?"

"Oh it's nothing big she's just upset they are out of pancakes." Ren spoke and she face planted the table.

"Oh she can have mine if she wants." I placed my plate of pancakes in front of her and she perked her head up.

"Really?"

"Yea I only really wanted the milk and the apple. If I eat too much I feel too tired to pay attention in class." I shrugged my shoulders and took a bite of my apple.

"Miss Brynhild, may I speak with you?" I turned to see professor Ozpin and Goodwitch standing behind me.

"Yes sir." I slowly stood up and followed him. "May I ask what is going on sir?"

"We would like to ask you something, it's about your semblance." he said after we left the dinning hall.

"No offence sir, but I still haven't activated my semblance."

"Well based on something we saw during your initiation we think there is something more than that. Something involving the Grimm."

I was mentally panicking thinking they would discover my secret.

"It's dark in here you can remove your sunglasses." he said as we entered a dark room.

"Thank you sir."

The door was closed behind us and I took off the sunglasses.

"It is a bit weird but we think your semblance is like Grimm repellent. We noticed that when you fight them, quite a few of them were trying to escape." Ozpin turned on his scroll and showed a bit of on of my Grimm fights in the emerald forest.

They were right it did sorta look like a couple of the grimm were trying to escape.

"They probably  just since another person near by and were gonna go after them." There has to be a reason for what they were doing.

"That's not..." Professor Goodwitch started but was quickly cut off.

"We don't exactly know for sure.  But something tells me it was actually you." The scroll turned off. "Well,  you have a class to get to don't you?"

"Yes sir," I said as I nodded my head.

I heard the door start to creep open so I quickly put my sunglasses back on.

"Thank you for talking with us. We apologize  for any inconvenience." He spoke as if he was talking to someone in a meeting. "Have a nice day Miss Brynhild."

"Are you sure that it's not her semblance?" Professor Goodwitch whispered once she thought I was out of earshot.

"We'll  just have to wait and see."

After hearing him say that I started to walk a bit quicker to my class.

I hate the idea that they are going to be watching me. I don't want to risk them finding out my secrets.  I guess I'll just have to be more careful.
