Hello everyone! Thank you so much for reading until here! I realized that writing stories is simply difficult and I admire all the authors out there striving so hard to publish the books we enjoy to read. Have a nice day! :-)
That night, I was feeling kind of down. After hearing about Mary. I just can't get over that she would be attending the party.
knock knock
"come in.", I say assuming that it's James. But no, I was wrong. It's Melanie.
"Hey, Suz. It's already 12 midnight. Don't you think you gotta get out of that tree house?""But I'm all comfy here.", I whine.
"Fine, but hey, look who's here", pointing to James behind he door.
He walks towards me with a gorgeous smile and kisses me.
"You okay babe?"
"Yeah, I'm fine.", I smile back to him noticing Melanie's face that she's proud. He sits as Melanie leaves. This tree house was built ever since we were born, it intersects my house to James's. I know, it's pretty cool.
"Hey smell the breeze, fragrant isn't it?", I ask James
"Yes it is.", he agreesI close my eyes and imagine the possible occurrences that might happen.
He abruptly giggles and and his dimples blot.
I giggle back and inquire.
"Haha, why are you laughing?"
"I don't know, you're quite.." he hesitates"I'm what? what?? spit it out!", I agitate him.
"Nothing, you're quite..cute. when you close your eyes. I just wanted to see your eyes closed for a while."
"Lol, so I don't look cute when I open my eyes?", I ask back mischievouslyWe chuckle at each other and fall asleep together. This day is fading quite well.
But wait, what about Mary? ugh. I don't want to face her at the party. I want to end my teenage life they way I want it to be.
beep beep
'hey honey, how's your day? :-) mom and dad are repenting for not attending your graduation. But hey, I heard that you're going to a party. Have fun. :-) We will be there soon. Love you.'
I grin and text back, 'My day was great. :-) Don't worry about not attending the graduation. It was embarassing anyway. It's so good to hear that you'd be here soon. So, see you. :-) I miss you. I love you too. xx'
within 8 minutes, a text arrives again. "What do you mean embarassing? Have you fallen from the stairs? Have you tripped at the stage? Oh by the way, why are you still awake?'
Oh shit. I just realized, they texted this just because they knew I was sleeping. Anyways, I disregard the text and slowly but surely fall back into sleep wishing for a better tomorrow.
