Zebs P.O.V
I feel asleep not long after Ezra did but I woke up to coughing I open my eyes and see Ezra sitting up coughing into his paws (XD paws??) I rub his back "are you ok buddy ?" I ask him
"I f feel *coughs* c cold " he whimpers I wrap a blanket around him and pick him up "that's not Good let's get you some medicine and back to bed with a hot bean bag but no talking ok it will help " I say nuzzling him

Ezra just nods and closes his eyes
I walk into the Ned bay and set Ezra down I prepare some children's cold and flu yogan flavoured medicine Into a little measuring cup and turn to Ezra who shakes his head "n no" he wheezes I sit next to him "it will make you feel better kit " I try to reassure him
Ezra thinks for a moment before opening his mouth and grabbing the cup and drinking what is in it and shivers a little and coughs "y yucky " he pokes his tongue out
I laugh "I know now let's get you water and back to bed so you can rest ok ?" I ask
Ezra nods and I pick him up and place him on our bed and leave to get him water when I come back Ezra starts to nod off I smile and lay down hugging him
Ezra who is half asleep nuzzling into me "night daddy " he with that he falls into a deep sleep
I looked at him shocked which quickly vanished and I smile "goodnight my son I hope you feel better when you wake up " I let sleep take a hold of me.

Over week or two we had the same Routine of a night which slowly got Ezra better which I'm pleased about Ezra keeps calling me daddy which makes me smiles and I call him my son which makes him giggle I'm glad I can make Ezra happy and he deserves a normal life well as normal as he can get in this war

"Daddy I can lift chop  now with my force " Ezra says happily
"Can you lift him into the bin ?" I ask jokingly
Ezra giggles and nods "yep but uncle cowboy said it's mean and only do it when chop is mean to me " Ezra explains
I smile "good boy I'm proud of you " I ruffle his head
Ezra giggles "thanks daddy I love you "
"I love you too my son " I hug him and he hugs me back

Well that's all I can manage tonight it's late and I have work in the morning thanks for the ideas EmilyBray0
