Chapter 1: Meeting Him Again

Once there was this typical highschool girl, who was always studying hard, had good grades, and had a group of friends surrounding her. She was kind, sweet, and brave. Her name was Y/N. Then, there was a one and only zombie left from the disaster in a chemical experiment. He still didn't get hunted. He was brave, tough, and cold. But he has this sweet side. His name was Jimin. He remained in the shadows, waiting to strike a human or two. Then, one night, Y/N and her friends went out to buy some snacks for their slumber party. When they reached a store, they couldn't decide what to buy since they were a crowd.
*Y/N's POV*
I waited for them to finish buying what they want. I just stood outside the store with my two friends, Arianne and Prince. We had exactly nothing to do. Once they were all done buying, we decided to head to Prince's house since he said it was big enough for all of us. So, we were about to head there. But suddenly, there was a figure of a man heading towards us. He didn't look much of a man since his walking was off and he growled a bit. Then, we realized he wasn't human, it was nothing but a zombie. "What the hell?!?! I thought they already took down all the zombies!!!" Brandon shouted. "Yeah, how could the government leave one out?!?!" Riana exclaimed. "Wait, if there's a zombie left, there might be more  left! We're dead!!!" Clark said. So, they ran away. But, Prince remained with me to fight back the zombie. As it closer to us, it kinda slowed down.
*Jimin POV*
As I got closer to eat some of them, I had this feeling tingling in me when I saw the girl. As if I wanted her all to myself and not eat nor hurt her. So, I slowed down my pace. But, I shook and charged the boy and the girl. Suddenly, the boy was about to fight me back when the girl signaled not to and walked slowly to me. So, I slowed down. "Y/N! Don't, he might-" the boy paused. So, that must be what they call her, Y/N. She shushed the boy and continued her way slowly to me. She extended her hand to me. "Hey, don't worry. I won't hurt you. Promise." she said. What is this girl?? Her voice, is so soothing. It makes me feel safe. Shit, I think I know what I'm feeling. I think I, like her. So, I decided to put my hand on hers. She smiles softly. I pull her other hand and drag her to my chest. She laid her head on my chest. Her eyes grew wide as she felt something. She looked at me with a shocked look. "Y-your heart..... Is... B-beating." she stuttered. I decided to speak up. "Y-yeah, I guess so..." I replied. Yet again, her eyes grew wide in shock."M-mianhae, did I say something wrong???" I asked politely. Her eyes softened. "Ah, I'm Kim Y/N. What's your name?" she asked kindly. "My name is..... Park Jimin." I answered. She smiled. "Wow, that's a nice name! Nice to meet you, Park Jimin. Since when have you been, you know. Like that?" she asked shyly. I knew what she meant. She was asking since when have I been a zombie. "About, a month ago. I was in highschool when a zombie touched me and transmitted his virus to me." I said. "Hm, I see. Did you go to... Busan Arts Highschool, before you turned into a zombie??" she asked. She was smart. Or perhaps was in the same highschool as me. "Yeah, how did you know?" I asked. "I go to the same highschool as you! Well, you were popular for singing and dancing, right??" she asked. "Yeah. I did have a partner which was called my queen." I replied. "Maybe you'll remember your queen with this..." she said. Suddenly, she made a face. I instantly remembered who my queen in highschool was. It was her, Kim Y/N. My eyes grew in shock. Suddenly, I hugged her without noticing. I felt my dirty shirt a bit wet. I was guessing she was crying. She pulled away and wiped her tears. "So, this where and what you are now... I really missed you!" she said. Suddenly, tears flowed down my face. "Y-Y/N-ssi...." I stuttered. I noticed that the boy who tried to stop her from coming near me. He had a little bit of hurt expression. Suddenly, her grip on me tightened. She cried harder. "Oppa!!!" she shouted. "Shh... Its fine now... Your oppa's here now.. I promise I won't leave you..." I replied. I didn't want to see her crying just because of me. She hugged me tighter than before. Suddenly, my hunger started to rise and was about to take over. I pushed Y/N away as my head started to hurt because of my hunger. I began hungry for human flesh again. "Y/N-ssi....... R-RUN!!" I shouted. "Aniyo! I won't leave you ever again!"  she refused. "Please... Run.... I DON'T WANT TO HURT YOU!" I shouted again. When I started to go crazy again, the boy quickly carried her away to the distance. As my vision blurred, I saw Y/N shouting my name and cried heavily.
