The Only Reason We're Together

Chapter 65

Ally's POV

I grabbed a photo frame off my dresser and looked at it. A five year old girl was sitting on a swing, while the five year old boy was pushing her. Those kids were me and Justin. I remember at day perfectly.

"Jay! Come push me!" I yelled running over to the swing set. Justin came running over to the swing and pushed me a little.

"Do you want to go higher, Al?" Justin asked me. I smiled.

"Higher! Higher!" I chanted. Justin chuckled. He pushed me higher until Pattie and my mom came out.

"Justin! Ally! Lunch is ready!" Pattie yelled. I jumped off the swing and Justin ran over to me. He grabbed my hand and me and him ran up to the house.

Mom and Pattie smiled at us as we sat down at the table.

"Mommy, did you see how high Jay was pushing me?" I asked her. She smiled.

"Yes baby. He was pushing you very high." She replied. Pattie set two plates in front of us and we started eating.

I set down the picture and smiled. Me and Justin would always be teased in school. We'd go in everyday, holding hands. Being only in kindergarten at the time, we didn't really care. But when we got to third we stopped because they were getting really mean.

I picked up the next one. Five year old versions of me and Justin were sitting under the counter top, kissing. I know it sounds weird, but we were little and Justin had that little crush on me. I had a crush on him too.

After me and Justin were done eating, we crawled under the counter.

"Jay?" I said. Justin's arms wrapped around my side and pulled me closer.

"I'm here, Al." Justin said. I smiled.

"Kids? What are you doing?" I heard my mom say. Me and Justin chuckled.

"Don't be kissing under there." Pattie said and then her and mom laughed. Justin rolled his eyes.

"I don't need to follow the rules." Justin whispered and then pressed his lips to mine.

I set down the picture and smiled. I felt Justin's arms wrap around my waist.

"What are you doing, Ally?" He asked. I smiled and pointed at the pictures. Justin smiled.

"I like this one." Justin said, pointing to the one of us kissing. I laughed. Justin smiled and turned me around. I smirked.

"I love you, Al." Justin whispered. I smiled.

"I love you too, Jay." I said. Justin smiled and pressed his lips to mine.
