Evangeline was about 3 years old when she was kidnapped by Hydra. They experimented on her, tortured her, starved her, made her unable to have children. From these experiments, she gained telepathy, control over elements, shapeshifting, and above all, the ability to forever be a virgin. She was born with super strength, healing, flight(with two enormous wings, 10 feet each, to be exact,) an eidetic memory, but was born deaf.
She was 15 when she was taken to another facility. Once at the new facility, they beat her and did more experiments on her. She never had a chance to rest and was mentally and physically exhausted. She left this facility and went to one in Canada. Only to return to the same exact facility at the age of 17.
