Chapter Two

Hey guys I'm sorry it took so long. I had a lot of stuff going on at home. I hope you like it!!

p.s. I want to start another book but I need to finish one of my old ones. Which one she I finish? And what do you think of me starting one? Also sorry that the chapter is a little short. It's only 6 pages. :( Anyways ENJOY!!

Chapter Two

Nora's P.O.V.

I woke up to the sun streaming through the window, coating my bed in a bright light. I roll over to the otherside of the bed and pull the comforter over my head, blocking at the light and noise. I lay there for a couple more minutes before deciding to get out of bed. I go into my attached bathroom and take a quick shower. When I finish I go back into my walk-in closet.

I sift through the clothes looking for something comfortable to wear. Only seeing dresses on the hangers along with sweatshirts, the sweatpants on the shelf above, it was an easy decision on what I would wear. I pull out the sweat pants and tee shirt. Finding some undergarments, I slip them on and then the clothes. I run the towel through my hair to attempt to dry it. I toss the towel on my bed and make my way out the door.

Walking down the stairs, I could hear the voices much more clearly. The other person must be the Alpha's son James, or Jem. From what I remember when Will told me about him. I stroll into the kitchen to see Will facing me and Jem's back to me.

"Ah Nora, good morning." Will says when he finally spots me leaning against the doorway.

"Good morning." I walk farther into the kitchen to get a good look at Jem.

"Oh Nora this is James, but most people call him Jem. He's the soon to be Alpha and he is willing to help find your brother." That's when Jem turns to face me. My breath catches in my throat at the sight of him. He has black hair long enough to fall in his bright emerald green eyes. He seems to be the height of 6 '2 with a strong build. When I look back into his eyes I feel a strong pull towards him that confused me but also I knew what it meant. I didn't realise I would feel this right after I turned sixteen.

"Hello Mate." Jem recovers faster than me, a smile already on his face. Shock is still present on my face but I force myself to respond.

"Uh....hi?" I blush at my lack of words. While Jem here just gives me another smile.

"Well, I wasn't expecting this." I look over to Will to see him already looking at us with what seems to be amusement. "I guess now you will definitely have double protection." He chuckles after his statement.

"I guess you're right about that. No way in hell is my wolf or I would let you get hurt." Jem looks at me as he says that. Another blush travels to my cheeks. I know that most alphas are paired with other people with a stronger bloodline but I did not expect this so soon Jay is gonna be so mad that I found my mate before him and I haven't even shifted yet.

"So what's for breakfast?" I ask shyly, quite aware that Jem was looking very intently at me. Thankfully Will brought Jems attention to the food.

"Scrambled eggs, hash browns, and bacon." Will answered, flipping the bacon over. The waft of everything then hit me like a wave. My stomach grumbled in hunger, I absently rubbed my belly.

"So Jem, how old are you and when did you get here?" I sat down at the table and put my head in my hands and stared up at Jem who was situated next to Will.
