Taylors POV:
After school, I went over to Shelby's car and waited for. I have to help her with the project and apologize for being an asshole to her ever since she got here.
A few minutes later, she walked out of the building. She walked towards her car, not noticing that I was there.
"Shelby" I said as she approached the car. She looked up.
"What do you want Taylor?" She said in a pissy tone.
"I have to help you with the project, remember?"
"I told you I'd do it by myself." She answered as she got in her car. I opened the passenger door and got in.
"See then I wouldn't have earned my grade. I'm not just gonna let you do the work and take all the credit."
"Ugh fine" she said, giving up.
I put my seatbelt on and we headed to Shelby's house.
Shelby's POV:
I could have done this project by myself. I didn't need his help. If he does anything this time, I swear I might kill him.
When we got to my house, I went directly upstairs, Taylor following behind.
"You work on this page and I'll do the rest" I said handing him the paper.
After about 15 minutes of silence and working on the project, Taylor finally spoke up.
"Shelby, I wanna apologize to you." Did I hear him correctly?
"What?" I questioned.
"I said I wanna apologize to you. For everything I did to you. For being an asshole to you since the day you got here. I am truly sorry and I don't even know why I did it. You're gorgeous, smart, funny, an amazing singer, nice, and so much more. I should have never treated you the way I did." I was left speechless.
"Please forgive me?" He asked.
"I forgive you" I said giving him a hug. I know I probably shouldn't forgive him so easily, but I felt like he truly meant what he said.
We finished the project and decided to hang out and get to know each other more. We also invited his friends and they all apologized as well. We were all sitting in a circle playing truth or dare by this point.
"Shelby, truth or dare" Matthew asked me.
"Ummm truth" I said, taking the easy way out.
" are you a virgin?" He asked with a smirk on his face.
I shook my head no.
"Oh so you're not the prude that everyone thinks that you are." Taylor said.
"Nope, guess not." I replied. "Anyway, Nash truth or dare?"
"Dare" he said.
"I dare you to kiss cam"
"Easy" he said kissing cameron on the cheek.
"No, on the lips"
"I'm not gay Shelby" he said, refusing to do it.
"Fine I guess the cheek is fine."
We kept playing and it was Taylor's turn.
"Taylor, truth or dare?" Cameron asked.
"Dare"
"I dare you to make out with Shelby" he said, smirking.
Of course this was bound to happen. 9 guys, 1 girl? I was gonna end up kissing one of them.
I got up and walked over to Taylor and sat on his lap.
"Wait, you're actually going to?" He asked, clearly shocked.
"Yeah, why not?" I answered.
He leaned in and crashed his lips to mine and I kissed back. I felt sparks with every touch. The kiss got more heated and I wrapped my hands in his hair. After about two minutes we finally broke the kiss and I went and sat back in my spot. I hate to admit this, but I think I might actually like Taylor. The kiss was electrifying and I craved more. I know I couldn't, Taylor probably doesn't even feel the same way.
We continued playing for about another 15 minutes and then decided to watch a movie. The boys wanted to watch a scary movie so I put in the conjuring. I get scared really easily so I screamed through most of it. I was sitting next to Taylor and Cameron on the couch.
"Do you wanna play hide and clap?" Said the girl in the movie and the clap came. I screamed so loud and huddled up next to Taylor. He put his arm around me and rubbed my arm to calm me down.
I soon fell asleep cuddled up next to Taylor.
*The Next Morning*
The next morning I woke up and saw that my arms were wrapped around Taylor. I looked up and noticed he was already awake. He smiled at me.
"What time is it?" I asked sleepily.
"9:30" he said. It was Saturday so we didn't have school. I didn't plan on having the boys stay over, but I fell asleep.
I untangled myself from Taylor and walked into the kitchen to see Matt, Nash, and Cam already making food.
"Make me some bacon since you're already cooking" I said and went back into the living room.
"I'm going to take a shower. Feel free to make yourselves at home."
I walked upstairs and took a shower. Once I was done I got dressed, applied my BB cream and mascara, and straightened my hair. I was wearing a blue crop top that had "okay? Okay." On it, high wasted shorts, and my blue vans.
I walked downstairs and ate some breakfast with the boys. We decided we were all gonna hang out today too.
