Good Bye

I wake up and stretch, happy with a full nights sleep. I just lay there, relaxing when I realize what I'm doing. In a panicked fluster I search for my hoodie and jeans. After a good minute I find them.

Cursing to myself I hear everyone already awake in the kitchen. Saying apologies left right and center I get out the eggs when I see they are already eating. Confused I put the eggs and walk over to the table, standing, awaiting the nod to eat.

"What are you standing there for? Eat ya goof." My dad jokes, patting my seat. Confused I sit down and start getting the little amount of food I always eat.

When I picked out the smallest piece of toast, bacon, and small amount of eggs I start to eat when I see my dad and brother looking at me weirdly.

"Did I take to much?" I ask, putting the bacon back, trying not to upset them.

"No. You did the opposite actually. How is your wolf supposed to get big and strong if you eat that little?" My dad asks me. I bow my head and mumble an ' I don't know'.

"That's what I thought, now eat more." My dad grunts.

Grabbing more food I stuff it in my mouth before clearing the table and rushing upstairs to get ready. I go to pick out a clean shirt when I see none of my old ones. Instead there are girlie clothes and shoes and even makeup.

"Mom!" I call as I rush down into the kitchen.

"Yes dear?" My mom replies, walking the dishes.

"What happened to my clothes?" I ask.

"You mean those scraps of cloth? I threw them out and got you more while you were shifting. You need to dress more lady like if you want to look presentable for your mate." She states.

"What mate? The one who rejected me? The one who gave me this?!" I say, pulling my top down enough to show part of the mark. My mom stiffens and shakes her head.

"Mom, I can't go back there. I just can't. Please don't make me." I beg, grabbing onto her arm, tears threatening to spill.

"Honey, I will help you, as much pain as it will bring me I can't bare to see you in pain. Go start packing while I get stuff together for you." She says, shooing me out of the kitchen. With a grin I run upstairs and pack pants, shirts, hoodies, all that kinda stuff I found in my closet. I also pack a picture of me and my family, my secret diary, containing all the things they did to me, and I steal a hoodie from my brother and a shirt from my dad along with my moms favourite ring.

I meet my mom downstairs, my bag all ready. I see her with the phone to her ear and a smaller bag on the floor beside her feet. I cough to let her know I am there.

She says a few more words before hanging up and putting the phone in her bag.

"I bought you a one way ticket to my brothers pack down in the states. He has allowed you to live there with him after I told him what happened. In the bag is more then enough cash to have you buy food if you run out. I also know you took my ring but I don't care. If it reminds you of home then keep it."She says bringing me into a hug.

"I'm gonna miss you so much." She tells me, running her hand through my hair. We pull back and I wipe the tears trailing down her wrinkled face.

"The ticket gets you to the outside of their territory but I have had him hold off his patrol." She says while we drive to the bus depot.

I hug her tightly and know this is the last time I am going to see her. I grab my stuff, check in onto the bus and with one last wave and look at her face I step on the bus and find my seat.

Hey guys. I know it's short but it's all I could think of. It's just a filler so don't worry. I wonder what will happen when her brother and dad find out....
