Hey guys, sorry for the long wait for the update, but lately I've been reading @isabelleronin book 'chasing red' and I love it so so much. I highly recommend reading it!!
I hope you enjoy this chapter!
Justine POV
"you're so coming" Liz yells, when we are sat at the table for lunch.
"But i have a jar of nutella and a book calling my name for me" I say with a pout, I was a kid at heart. I didn't mind parties, but I preferred to be at home in comfy clothes reading.
Reading was something I've done for ages, it allows me to imagine anything I want to. Although, some books are amazing, some endings have disappointed me beyond words.
"Justine, don't look now but Jace and that are walking right our way" Liz whispers, her eyes wide.
"Why?" I ask and she raised a brow.
"because then they would know we're talking about them" she says in a 'duh' tone.
"No why are they coming here?" I ask and she shrugs.
"Ask them yourself" She mutters before they all join our table.
"um, hi?" I say but it sounds more like a question.
Mark and Martin were sat either side of Liz whereas Jace sat next to me. Usually, there were four of them- the badboys- yet I guess Danny was busy.
All the badboys were undeniably attractive, Jace (in my opinion) being the most. Mark seemed to be laughing and flirting with Liz and I smiled when she began to giggle. She seemed really happy and I was glad, she deserved it.
"Hi sweetcheeks" Jace smiled with a chuckle, "shocked to see me so soon?" He asked, his bright blue eyes lights up when he sees my confused look.
"Yeah, actually. Not to be rude, but why are you here?" I ask curiously. He chuckles and places his hand over his heart to mock a hurt look.
"You know, saying 'not to be rude' before saying something rude, doesn't make it any less rude" Martin smirks, leaning on the table. I roll my eyes.
"I only said it so you didn't take it the wrong way" I mumbled and Jace smirked.
"Who'd want to sit with Martin anyway?" He says and I smile, turning to look at him with one eyebrow raised.
"Clearly you, Mark and Danny since you do everyday" I replied. His jaw drops and Martin begins laughing loudly, along with Mark.
"You just got told Jace!" Mark's voice boomed in the quiet cafeteria as he laughs loudly.
