Stiles nods his head and smacks his lips together before stating "We're going."

Stiles explained his master plan on how to sneak past the Beacon Hills police, the California state police, and most importantly, his dad. Scott appeared to be apprehensive at first, yet his curiosity about only half a dead body won him over, eliciting a nod and shrug combo from the boy. Juliet, however, was a completely different story. "No,no,no,no,no, we are not going!" She said firmly (though due to her being so soft spoken her angriest and firmest voice barely reached the level of 'outdoor speaking voice'). " We are not going tromping through the forest that is crawling with police, to find half of a dead body, and it's a school night." The older twin continued to rant. " Juliet think about it, if we find the body tonight then we save the police time and money that they could use for other growing problems." Stiles said, trying convince his second best friend (Scott being the first) to actually do something adventurous for once. "Oh yeah, what are going to say to the police if we find the body. Are we going to tell them that we snuck into a crime scene, on a school night, to find a murder victim that we shouldn't even know about. There is no way I am going into the forest!" Juliet retorted, arms crossed over her chest, and her head held high. "Do whatever you want sis, but I am going into that forest with Stiles, and you can stay here all alone with a murderer possibly on the loose." Scott said tauntingly. Both boys knew that they had won the battle when their female companion lowered her arms and looked towards the ground. "Fine." Juliet said angrily (however Juliet angry is the same as one person slightly irritated) "But I don't want us out too late, it is a school night after all." Scott and Stiles smirked to each other out of the corner of their mouths, reveling in their victory.

Immediately after that little tizzy between the three best friends, Scott and Juliet went inside of their house, both changing into sneakers, blue jeans, and keeping their sweatshirts. As the twins were locking up the house and getting into Stiles jeep (all three of the friends were sitting on the front bench seat) Juliet kept muttering to herself about how this was a horrible idea this was, they would be caught in the woods and this incident would ruin her academic future and she'd be forced to go to a low grade college like Cornell. Stiles slung his arm around the girl's shoulders and tried to reassure her with a "Relax, my plans have always worked' (even though everyone in that car knew that was an utter lie). Scott seemed to regret his decision the closer they got to the forest, and choose to close his eyes in an attempt to relax himself. Juliet stared out Scott's window, also trying to calm herself.

The young McCall girl saw something outside the car window that made her breathing pick up, almost like a silent gasp, into the silent car. There in the opening between two trees, was a person. It was pitch black on the road, the only light coming from Stiles' car, but Juliet was sure that she saw it. The figure was tall, and even though the circumstances weren't the best, she saw that the figure was wide, either meaning that they were fat or muscular, but judging from how skinny they appeared, she went with the latter. As the jeep neared to pass the mysterious person, Juliet saw that he or she was wearing all black. The person seemed tense, with legs spread slightly, rolled back shoulders, and arms held at their side. "What is that person doing out there?" Juliet whispered quietly. What surprised the girl more was that the person slightly moved their head in the direction of the car (the movement was so small that anyone without perfect vision wouldn't have noticed). The car by then had passed the man (who Juliet determined to be male due to their broad shoulders and long, straight, figure) and when Juliet craned her neck to see him again, the man had disappeared, almost as if they were never there.
