The Seven Sins ( Wrath )

CH 8 Greed is a jerk

( Third p.o.v )

As Percy sat a good distance away eating some popcorn he summoned, the questers got ready to fight. Thalia had her shield and spear, Nico had his sword, Leo had his fire and hammer, Calyspo had a dagger and Thals bow, and Annabeth had her dagger. They went to the castle attacking first.

Leo and Calyspo shot down the guards up top with the bow and fireballs. Nico and Annabeth took out the monsters guarding the gate as Thalia backed them up watching their backs.  Once the front was cleared they had Nico and Thalia drop down the gate being the strongest two. Then they went in to storm the castle.

( Greed's p.o.v )

I felt someone presences as I just hung there on the wall. " Well, It's time to go guys." The cyclops looked at me confused. I tugged on the chains breaking them off the wall. The cyclops were now in shock as I simply knocked them out. I started strolling down the hall to a dead end so I just decided to flash over to the other sin.

I appeared a few yards away facing the castle so I turned to see who was here. I meet face to face with Wrath he was snacking on popcorn. "Hey bro long time no see." He smiled summoned a chair and food for me. "It has been awhile man you know I like to train and all."
I sat next to him as we both were now watching the questers. "Thalia and the rest are gonna be pissed off to find the castle empty you know," smiled Wrath. We chuckled a bit till I spoke,  "I know Percy."

( Leo's p.o.v )

We are now storming the castle I somehow managed to light myself completely in greek fire. I was trying to kill as many monsters as I could while everyone covered my back. The girls went to clear the top floor as we made our way to the dungeons. It was a long hallway with not many monsters. I hacked through monsters with my hammer as Nico and Annabeth looked in all the cells. Suddenly I was knocked out as I heard the others go down too.

"Gods damn it," I groaned. "Are you ok Leo?" asked Calyspo. I nodded sitting up realizing everyone was here, everyone was up but Annabeth. "What happen?" Thalia walked to me squatting next to me, "Y'all got knocked out by two cyclops. When we came down here they said to surrender or y'all would die. So now we're here waiting for Nico to feel good enough to get Percy." I nodded and went to my endless pouch to get some nectar for Nico to get help. He thanked me quickly after grabbing it to drink.

( Nico's p.o.v )

I started feeling better as Annabeth was now getting up. "Shit that hurt my head," she mumbled. Leo helped her up as she started looking around. "If you're trying to find a way we did I just need to feel better first." She looked at me and nodded. "Did anyone find the cell the sin is in at least?" We shook our heads no and she signed. She came up to the bars annoying the cyclops to get his attention. "Hey I need to ask you something?" said Annabeth. She repeated that till he finally answered. "Shut up. What do you want," he yelled. "Where is that other prisoner at?" she said. The cyclops looked upset," He took off when y'all busted in. He simply freed himself, knocked us out and vanished." She huffed turning around," We busted in for nothing," she said frustrated. "Don't worry I'll get Percy real quick," I left into the shadows after that.

I reappeared behind Percy and some other guy. They were watching us on a small tv, they turned to me as I walked up. I froze in front of me was another person I thought I'd never see again.
"Luke is that you?" He smiled,"Yes.. but you can call me Greed." They stood up taking my hands,"Let's get the others so we can leave,"Percy spoke.

I shadow traveled them outside the cell. The cyclops looked at Luke and got angry, "Your back with some friends." Luke smiled evilly, " Yes as you remember I said my friend was coming. I want y'all to meet Wrath." The monsters paled as Percy stepped in front of him. "Hi, I heard you were hurting my friend. No one does that and lives." He launched himself in a blur killing both monsters with his bare hands. "Greed take Nico I'll get the rest of them." Percy busted open the cell gate as we flashed out of the castle back to their chairs.

( Thalia's p.o.v )

We didn't get to see much from the cell but we did feel the power of theother sin. Next thing we see is Percy ripping off the cell door easily, he comes up to Calyspo and I giving us each a kiss. "You guys did well back there." Annabeth came up to him,"You lied this castle was empty we stormed it for nothing." His smile vanished, "Actually Greed was here he just escaped before Y'all got there. Now let's go you two are gonna say he a jerk and get mad." We flashed away confused.

When we appeared outside, people were talking behind us. Wanting to see the who this guy was we turned. I'm pretty sure Annabeth's jaw dropped like mine, standing in front of us was no other than the son of Hermes himself. "Luke, is that really you?" I asked. He nodded as I rushed to hug him, he opened his giving me a huge hug. "I missed you Thals.

When I finally let go Annabeth was making her way toward him. She opened her arms for a hug but he didn't return it. "Why won't you hug me?" she whispered.  His face became ever more serious," All sins know what you did. The Fates let us all go through it as if you did it to us. I felt all his pain and heartbreak. You were supposed to be different and not betray him like I did." Annabeth broke down crying, Leo was coming up to Luke.

He turned his attention real quick to him," And you...You were supposed to be his best friend something I had lost the chance to do in my first life. How could you? How can you stand in his presences like you did nothing?" Leo stopped and signed," Your right ok. But there's no way to fix the past. I'm sorry Wrath. Sorry that I hurt you at all when your one of the only people that talked to me. I know I can't be your best friend again but I would like to be on your good side again..... someday maybe." We decided to set up camp for the night deciding that there is way too many feels going on at the moment.
