Towa knew that he wasn't the smartest person around, especially when it came to emotions, but he wasn't dumb either. It didn't go past him that Mikado was cheating on him. Why else would he spend that much time with that pretty boy otherwise if not to fuck him? It wasn't as if they had to spend any time together when the other one, the pretty boy didn't go to their school and they weren't even related.
And whenever he saw them, they were always so close to each other, intimate if he dared to say. Mikado even turned down going out with him on a few occasions because he had to do something with pretty boy.
