Chapter 7: Is anyone there!?

Ford's POV

(Y/N) collapsed next to me into the snow.

"(Y/N)!" I shouted as I fell to my knees to be next to her

I picked her up bridal style and began walking again when I heard a shout,

"Is anyone there!?" It was a male British accent

I stayed quiet and stopped walking.

"Please! Anyone or anything please!" They shouted again, "I just want to know if I can survive!" I listened closer and could faintly make out that they were crying.

I decided to shout, "Where are you!?" Into the blizzard that was picking up.

"Keep speaking I might be able to get to you!" They shouted

"Alright!" I shouted then started shouting random science facts all the while looking to (Y/N) every few seconds, until they found us.

He was just about my height, he had brown hair and piercing blue eyes.

"You're a human!" They said, ecstatic

"So are you!" I said equally happy

"Right, before we even exchange names I suggest we find somewhere to hide from the storm!" He said barely managing to speak over the wind.

I nodded and we started looking for anywhere to stay for at least a few hours.

We found a cave, started a fire and I lay (Y/N) on a blanket and put another one on top of her. The person and I told each other our names while I did the fire. His name is William.

"Will she be okay?" Will asked sitting the opposite side of the fire

"I- I don't know. I don't know..." I said on the verge of tears.

"Whoa, whoa don't break down on me Stanford!" He said "From what I know you're pretty... strong."

"T-thanks..."

"Also yer hands... there cool." Will said nodding on the last word

"R-really? N-nobody has ever... everybody called me a freak..."

"What!? Remind me to kill 'em. Cause you're hands are just... I can't even find words...!"

I blushed lightly.

"You blushin'?" Will asked smugly

"W-what?!" I said blushing harder

"You are clearly not used to compliments!"

"No... I'm not... At all..." I said chuckling slightly and looked over to (Y/N)

"You're really worried about her ain't ya?" Will said "Why? I mean you two aren't... together from what I know anyway..."

"It's just... I met her yesterday because... Bill." I said

Will looked terrified.

"B-Bill Cipher?" He stuttered

"Yes..."

"You know him?"

"Not really... I just know you don't trust that demon period."

Will sighed relived "Thank the axolotl... I thought you were one of his followers..."

"Followers?" I asked confused

"Yeah...! Every powerful being has followers!" Will said

I looked at (Y/N) wondering if she could have been one of Cipher's followers...
