Her name is Sharon Rogers. (obviously) She's Steve Rogers and Peggy Carter's daughter in an alternate timeline where he was never frozen.
(Yes this is canon as she's in the comics and an official Marvel game.)

She's beautiful! I seriously love her eyes and lips. Specifically her left eye. It's darn near perfection. I love her. XD I think I'm getting better at drawing ladies' faces so that's good.
She's my favorite character in the game, she's so cool.
I am well aware that the blue part of the flag is off and lazy, but I don't want to fix it.
