Tsukihana is one of several Okami. Though she is vaguely known and practically unknown(aka I made her up completely), unlike her fellow okami, she still is granted some divine powers.

Tsukihana has been known to come out only during the night where the moon shows its face, not during the day. When spotted, she can be found where her wheel shines the brightest, next to a shrine gate. To the normal human eyes of non-believers, she appears to be an average black wolf. I'm actually pretty tired and can't think of anything else <.<
