Chapter 5: Fitting In?

Jungkook's Pov

What?!

"I-I don't think I have the authority" I said.

"You just need to persuade them" Minho said. He is very persistent. I can't just add any member especially when we are having a certain problem.

"Please! It's really my dream to be part of Misfits. Infact, I joined this school just to enter Misfits. Please be considerate" He said really begging.

"I-I'll try" I said, not really sure how to start my action.

"Really?! You are the best room mate friend" He said. I'm kinda happy that he's smiling.

Time Skipped~~

I don't know how to peesuade her when she's kinda angry.

Tomorrow! I'll make sure that I say it but, Why does she hate us? Hye Mi is not the type of hating people or she just hate all the people surrounding her?

Uugghh! Whatever! I'm going to sleep.

Next day~

I'm infront of my classroom getting ready what to say to Hye Mi.

I slowly entered then saw her with her earphones. Should I say it already to her? No, not yet.

"Yah! Jungkook!" I suddenly saw Min Ho approaching me. What is he doing here.

"Why are you here?" I asked whispering.

"What do you mean? I'm here to support you since I know that you're classmate with... (He slowly whispered it to my ear) Hye Mi" He said. He then smiled. I'm not really in a good mood for this.

"Fine Fine" I said still whispering.

"Hye Mi?" I called out her name.

She then looked at me. "Why?" She asked.

"I have-" Before sayong anything Min Ho appeared.

"Can I join your group?" He suddenly asked then bowed. All of the people in the room went quiet.

"You don't know what you are putting yourself in. Now, I lost my energy to listen to what people are saying" She said then walked out but.....

"It's not just that" He said. I know he's very nervous. From the look that he's shivering.

"You are persistent, aren't you? Huh (sigh) Meet me after class" She said then sat down on her table.

"You will not be disappointed!" He said with a big smile.

"I'm not saying Yes or No yet" She said then rested her head on her table.

Minho went out with a smile and I'm very happy for him. He can now feel at ease.

"Jungkook. You know what he's saying right?" Hye Mi asked me that made me startled.

"Y-yes. He first asked me" I said. She nodded.

"Do you know his reason?" She asked.

"It would be better to hear it from him" I said.

"You might have a point there" She said. She continued to sleep on her desk.

The teacher came in our room.

It would be better if you appreciate him too.

Time Skipped~~

It's already lunch and I went to the cafeteria to eat since I forgot my food.

"Yah! Jungkook" Him again?

"Minho. Are you following me?" I asked.

"What do you mean following?" He said jokingly.

"Putting that aside, Hye Mi told me that you need to come at the music room" I said then started to eat.

"You know..." He is trying to tell me something.

"What do I know?" I asked while stil eating my food.

"Hye Mi is more beautiful than I thought..." He said looking at the roof.
I almost spit my food.

"What are you talking about?" I asked, thinking that he might be imagining absurb things.

"I-it's not l-like that. Anyway, I-i need to go to my class already" He said looking so nervous.

Min ho's Pov

Why do I need to feel so nervous?

Flashback~~

I went to Jungkook's classroom. I saw him not even approaching Hye Mi. I need to do something abou this.

"Yah! Jungkook!" I called him out. He was startled and I can tell that he was embarrass but I don't have time for thinking about those.

"What are you doing here?" He asked with a whispering tone.

"What do you mean? I'm here to support you since I know that you're classmate with... (I slowly whispered it to his ear) Hye Mi" I said.

"Fine Fine" He said. He then slowly approached Hye Mi. This is it, the most awaited moment of my life.

"Hye Mi?" He called out her name. You can do it Jungkook.

"What?" She asked with a bored tone. Wait.... I'm counting too much on Jungkook. I transferred here to say the words that I want to them.

"I have-" I"m sorry Jungkook.

"Can I join your group?" I suddenly asked Hye Mi. She looked at me.

"You don't know what you are putting yourself in. Now, I lost my energy to listen to what people are saying" She said then almost walked out.

"It's not just that" I said. I don't care if you get irritates because of me. All I need is your permission. You don't know how long I've been waiting to say these words.

"You are persistent, aren't you? Huh (sigh) Meet me after class" She said then sat back again.

"You will not be disappointed!" I said with a very high energy. I finally did it!! I'm proud of you Minho!

"I'm not saying Yes or No yet" She said then rested her head on her table. I'm going to make sure you are going to say Yes!

What?? It's not yet decided but why am I so nervous?? Wait?? Why does her words so precious to me?? Why does.... This is just overthinking because of over happiness.
