From 4.22 - Lucifer Rising: In St. Mary's Convent, Sam and Scarlett walked into the sanctuary, raising a hand toward Lilith, using magic to throw her across the room, making her hit the altar and fall to the floor. They both raised a hand toward Lilith, concentrating. Their eyes turned black. Lilith started to glow with white light. She convulsed in pain. The glowing light flickered. She gasped for breath in pain. At last, she fell to the floor, fading into nothing.

"You did it," Ruby told him.

"What did we do?" Sam asked.

"You opened the door," Ruby answered.

The blood pouring out of Lilith had finished its pattern on the floor, almost like a vortex of a door. A brilliant white light flowed from the central point of the pattern. The convent began to tremble.

Sam: (voice over from 5.01 - Sympathy for the Devil) "Lilith was the final Seal."

Scarlett: (voice over from 5.01 - Sympathy for the Devil) "Sam and I killed her, and we set Lucifer free."

From 5.01 - Sympathy for the Devil: In the church, there was a high-pitched noise. Sam, Catty, Scarlett and Dean covered their ears from the violent high-pitched nose, falling to their knees in pain. The light reached the very edge of the Sigil, bursting all around them. Octavia appeared, raising her hands toward Sam, Catty, Scarlett and Dean to teleport them away. Sam, Catty, Scarlett and Dean disappeared. Octavia lowered her arms, breathing heavily. She looked as if she was trying to teleport out of the convent herself, but she didn't go anywhere. She turned to watch the white light build and build, shielding her head, burning away with the light.

Scarlett: (voice over from 5.01 - Sympathy for the Devil) "Do you think Octavia's dead, after all that she did for us?"

From Book 4, there were flashes of Sam and Scarlett drinking Demon blood from the vein (Ruby or from Zane), or the flask. There were flashes of them using magic to exorcise Demons from their hosts' bodies.

From 5.01 - Sympathy for the Devil: In John's Lockup, Zachariah looked at Catty. "You're the Michael sword."

Catty glared at Zachariah. "What do you mean, I'm the sword?"

"You're Michael's weapon," Zachariah told her.

"I'm a vessel?" Catty asked.

"You're the vessel," Zachariah told her.

From 5.01 - Sympathy for the Devil: In the motel room, Dean looked at Sam and Scarlett. "Jonesing for another hit of bitch blood or what?"

"Tell you the truth, I'm fine," Sam told them. "It's like when... Octavia put us on the plane... Ava cleaned me right up."

"Me too," Scarlett agreed. "I don't feel anything from what Ruby and Zane did to us."

From 5.01 - Sympathy for the Devil: In the library, Zane looked at Sam and Scarlett. "Cat wanted to kill me too."

"Because she was right about you and Ruby using me and Scar, Zane," Sam told him furiously.

"I was," Zane corrected. "Past tense. I'm sure Ruby and Ness both told you that my loyalties changed just before I was sent away."
