I pushed the thought aside. I was more so worried about the bruise on his cheek and why he was crying.
There are a number of possible reasons. He could've been playing in the field and tripped onto his face. Maybe he was riding a bike and crashed into something. He could've gotten into a fight at school. Anything really.
"Jungkook?" He hummed. "Can i ask you something?"
"You just did." He chuckled.
"You know what i mean." I said with a smile.
"Yeah... So what is it?"
"Sorry if i seem nosy, but i wanted to ask... Where did you get those bruises? And why were you crying?"
He visibly tensed up. Then he relaxed a bit and opened his eyes, looking at me. "Well, where do you think they came from?" He said with a sad smile.
