Kimberly was sitting in class directly behind Gavin. Nobody knew who he was when we walked in so luckily that wasn't annoying for him and he can get a fresh start. Sitting at her desk instead of staring out of the window Kimberly stared at the back of Gavin's head. She still didn't fully realise it was him. It was all such a odd but wonderful experience! Oblivious to what her Geometry teacher was doing, Kimberly was asked a question. Kimberly quickly recovered because she was so smart. She didn't hesitate with her answer at all. Gavin turned around towards Kimberly and said "wow you're really smart". Kimberly blushed "Thanks its not that hard"."Gavin turn around, you're making a bad name for yourself already!" Shouted the teacher. Kimberly felt guilty, if she said the wrong answer that wouldn't of made Gavin say anything. She just wanted the best start for Gavin at school.
The bell rang it was the end of the day. Kimberly walked towards the door and said bye to Gavin. "Wait, take this" said Gavin and he gave Kimberly a piece of paper. The paper had his number on. Gavin walked out and Kimberly blushed. It was the first number she had received from a boy, a different but exciting feeling for her.
