It was another summer day. Jessie was excited to look at the sun today. Everyday she would go outside on the beach side and look at the sun. It never changed, but Jessie still loved it. But, on April 21, 2030, the sun changed big time. On April 21, Jessie was on spring break from school. She was excited to have more time to watch the sun. During around 3 PM, she came outside and looked at the shiny sun. Of course she had sunglasses. At exactly 4:32 the ground shook. Jessie lost her balance and fell into the water. She quickly got up and stared at the sun in fear. The sun looked like it was moving, but Jessie was not sure. She ran inside just to be safe, and turned on the news. "Sun is crashing into earth, the world will end. Have your last hugs and kisses. Goodbye." The news reporter said. Jessie was crying. Suddenly, a giant wave swallowed Jessie and her parents house. Water flew in from the windows and picked Jessie off the ground and into the air. The water threw her through the glass window in the roof and broke it! She got a good glimpse of the sun in the water. She then noticed, "the sun isn't small!" The sun suddenly grew bigger. Mom and dad were at work. Jessie ran out of the house quickly before she burnt to a crisp. She ran fast. Fast. Fast. When it was night time, or day time (because the sun was on earth) Jessie ran out of breath. She looked behind her and didn't see the sun. The ground shook super hard and threw Jessie up in the air and smashing into the ground. She heard the sun rolling towards her. It wasn't as big as the sun, but it was really BIG. Jessie looked at her knees and noticed they were bleeding. She didn't have time to stop the bleeding, so she kept running. Jessie found an underground bunker with 8 people inside. She quickly shut the bunker door and went down the stairs. The people in the bunker turned around and looked at Jessie. They lit their lamps and set them down. A kind old lady came over to her and looked at the bleeding knees. "Oh dear, we can fix this." The lady went to a corner of the bunker and grabbed some wet towels. She wrapped them around Jessie's legs. "This will help. Do you want some cookies?" The old lady asked. "Yes, please. Thank you." Jessie answered. "Ha. You have good manners." The old lady gave Jessie 7 cookies. "Eat only 4. We need to save food." She said.
