i can't believe this! first my dad moves away and refuses to talk to us and now my mom gets involved with the serpents agin and gets arrested!
now i have to pay all the bills, buy all the food and pay for college! i could barely afford life before and ow it's going to be impossible. i'm already working 2 jobs and now i'll have to get another one!
oh well might as well get a coffee on my way home to make myself feel better!
i walk into starbucks and order a skim milk latte with two pumps of caramel.
then i walk to my dorm room and do my homework and then i go to bed.
the next day
i wake up to my roommate Kylie blasting music at 7am.
"what are you doing" i say
"having fun" she giggles.
"why."
"i don't know! let's skip our classes today!" she shouts.
"ok!"
i get dressed in my favourite blue skinny jeans and a grey cardigan over a black t-shirt.
then we walk out and head to the mall
"ugh i need another job." i complain.
"why?"
"cause my mom got arrested. again."
"that sucks.... oh well let's go shopping!" she laughs.
we go into what feels like a million stores until Kylie has 6 bags and i have none.
"let's go get smoothies!" she says.
"ok"
i get a strawberry smoothie and then we go back to shopping.
"you should try this on" kylie says behind me.
i turn around to see it but i turn around to fast and hit someone with my smoothie, spilling it everywhere.
"crap!" i yell.
i look at the stranger, he's tall and has brown hair and is super hot. oh and he's wearing a suit
" thai suit is expensive!" he shouts.
"i'm sorry, how can i help!"
"clean it up and then you're going to become my maid!" he yells angrily.
that's weird
"how much will you pay?" i ask
"15$ an hour." he says.
15?! that'a crazy!
"and i'll pay for your housing and food."
"ok" i say "when do i start?"
"tomorrow."
"ok here's my number" i say giving him a slip of paper with my number in it that i always have in my purse. "text me the address."
"ok"
then me and kylie leave the mall and go home to try to catch up on the assignments we missed.
