Felix, Chan, Jisung and Seungmin are all able to speak English, so I think they would be most okay with it as this is (probably) the language that most people can speak. Especially Felix and Chan wouldn't have a problem with it as they both grew up outside Korea.
Minho, Changbin, Hyunjin, Woojin and Jeongin also couldn't influence where their feelings are going, but I think all of them would be a bit shyer about it because they're not fluent in English and only know the basics, but if it happened, they would find a way to make their love work.
But, Woojin and Jeongin would probably still prefer to have a Korean partner because they would feel more comfortable this way, knowing their culture, language and so on.
