A Traitor

He punched me in the chest, I just smiled. He looked at me as I pounded my stomach. "Gonna have to try harder than that Reyes!" I said walking round him. He took a running punch at my face instead he need up on the floor after running straight into my arm. He got back up.

"Ugh. Get him." He pointed to the other vampires as they ran at me. I knocked one down, another jumped on my back. I grabbed his arm and threw him on the ground, kicking him in the head as he landed. The final one came running at me. Two moments later he was in the floor with a broken nose. I had kicked him. Reyes ran at me again. I punched him in the head as his fist met my dad. He quickly retaliated with another punch. The fight ensued for another hour. We were both exhausted. Blood dripped from my mouth as I snarled at him, brushing the blood away. Reyes ran forward once more, giving a swift jab to my face. I retaliated with a uppercut that knocked him out. Reubre had broken free from her restraints as I fell onto my knees, spitting blood.

Reyes awoke paralysed. I began to cry as my angry yet soft voice shouted. "Why Reyes. You were like a brother to me. Yet I was foolish. Instead I trusted a traitor." I grabbed his head.

He spat blood, his words were cruel but I didn't listen. "Go to oblivion." He said as his neck broke.

"I'll see you there so save me a spot."

Reubre came over to me putting her hand on my back. Her words were comforting. "Paarthanax, I am sorry I didn't tell you earlier."

I looked at her. "No I'm sorry. I haven't told you my feelings. You see. Ever since I saw you. I fell in love. With you. So."

Reubre smiled. "Well. I love you to, Paarthanax Rosjate."
