Healed [Sequel to Burned](Transformers Prime)

Author's Note

Hey, hey, hey.

So, how about that for an ending? I honestly had this planned from the very beginning of this work, and despite the fact that I dragged my feet through the last few chapters, it is another sad conclusion to a wonderful book. And though I'm sure many of you did not notice, nor realize, but I intentionally had that scene between Ratchet and Megatron to serve as more than a conclusion; they went through about three-quarters, if not the whole way (it depends on what you would count for each act) of the conjunx ritus. 

I'll let you decide what that means.

Anyways, I do want you guys to know that even though I dragged my feet through this work, I wasn't miserable. I just wasn't motivated, and despite my past track record (not good) I wanted to finish this work. So, I did. I know I cannot make everyone happy, and I know some of you are disappointed in this sequel; I only ask that you keep your disappointments to yourself, and not beg for me to try and rewrite this. Trust me, I know exactly what you are feeling. I'm not happy that it came to this; because I went into this project with a million ideas (which I funneled into, like, three) and had an entire plot I wanted to do . . . and midway I found I could not do it. I just . . . lost it.

And I know I left a lot of questions unanswered, so please feel free to ask me here and I will do my best to answer them.

As of right now, I have "things" in the works, but no publishable material yet. Like I said in "Burned," this may be my last work. Or I might just, like, post single-part stories in a one-shot book. I will still be active on Wattpad until the day I die, but it won't be as an author until further notice. Maybe after college I can pick up where I left off. 

Hahaha who am I kidding i'm going to medical school after college.

We'll see.

Thank you guys so much for supporting me through everything. Every piece would have died prematurely without your help. You are all so kind and considerate, and I thank you for being such a wonderful community. You all have varying levels of talent that makes it so exciting to see you improve in your writing. The best way to get better is just to keep going - and that applies to everything you do! 

Even if we have never exchanged a comment, I still appreciate the votes, comments, and reads you give my works, and I hope you continue to support other authors as well.
