The sky is deep blue with sparkling white stars and a clear new moon, while in the town was people who were working, talking softly to each other, some of them were walking their dogs and stearing horse carriages on the roads, and some children were playing in the park and on the streets, but they didn't take any notice of a boy and a yellow-golden light who were hiding in the shadows on the roof of a house.
The boy on the roof has fair skin, elf like ears, red hair, brown eyes, and wore a leafy-green clothes with a brown belt with a knife and on the boy's head was a leafy-green pointy hat with red feather on the left. Fluttering besides him was a glowing yellow girl fairy with blue eyes, yellow-golden hair with a bun, and wore a leafy-green dress and slippers with a ball of white cotton.
The boy was Peter Pan and the fairy was Tinker Bell, their eyes were bright with hope and fear.
Peter and Tinker Bell flew in front of the open window and then they flew inside. Peter landed on the carpeted floor with Tinker Bell flying by his side.
In the bedroom, he saw four sleeping figures in the beds with a kitten on one of the beds and two St. Bernards slept on the floor on the carpet.
Peter felt a jolt of horror and his eyes widened with fear and surprise, he watched as Tinker Bell flew from one bed to another.
But when Tinker Bell flew over one of the left sided bed, she accidentally sent a bit pixie dust on to the figure. The figure sneezed and turned to the other side of the bed.
*Oops* said Tinker Bell softly as she returned to Peter's side.
"Well? Who are in those four beds?" whispered Peter fiercely to Tinker Bell.
*Just be a little calm please.* whispered Tink. *There are four girls in the four beds.*
"Peter? Tinker Bell?" asked a achingly familiar voice.
"Wendy?" whispered Peter, tears sparkled in his eyes.
Wendy came from the doorway. She has a kind and sad wrinkled face and skin, fading blond hair, and fading blue eyes.
"Oh, Peter I am so sorry." said Wendy. "The first one to the left is Jane's daughter, the first one to the left is Danny's daughter, the second to the left is John's daughter, and the second one to the right is Michael's daughter."
"You mean Jane had grown up too?" asked Peter, his voice breaking and tears ran down his cheeks.
Wendy nodded, her blue eyes is filled with sadness.
"I'm so sorry." whispered Wendy softly.
Wendy came forward and was about to reach for Peter's hands, but Peter backed away.
"Just stay away from me!" cried out Peter.
Wendy winced back, tears sparkled with sadness and tears ran down her cheeks. Wendy limped out of the room with sad eyes.
"Wait . . . Wen . . . Wendy." whispered Peter tears ran down his cheeks as he sat down on the floor and started crying into his hands.
Peter knew that Jane has a little brother known as Danny, but he probably grew up. Wendy also has two brothers known as John and Michael, but they probably grew up too and he doesn't know where the three boys live in London.
But Peter wasn't aware of the four sleeping girls and pets, but Tinker Bell noticed that one of the regal girls was stirring restlessly in her sleep.
Tinker Bell flew away from Peter's side and towards the first girl to the left. The girl is tall and slender with fair skin in the shade of golden-brown, long and glossy golden-blonde hair, high cheekbones, and on her cheek and under her ear was a fading pinkish-red scar. Tinkerbell recognized this young girl almost immediately.
*Excuse me,* said Tinker Bell as she pulled the girl's hair. *Wake up sleepy head.*
The girl opened her eyes, got up on her hands and knees with the blanket at her waist, and shook her head, which sent Tinker Bell crash-landing into Little's dog house.
"I don't school today, Mom." grumbled the girl, the girl rubbed her left side that Tinker Bell pulled on. "And ow." She added.
Tinker Bell noticed that the huge and fluffy brown and white puppy underneath the girl's bed was awake.
"Wait a moment," whispered the girl as she looked around. "It's midnight, and someone left the window opened. Great, I might get bites." grumbled the girl.
Once Tinker Bell got out of the dog house, she gasped in surprise when she saw that the girl's eyes were deep sapphire blue, like the ocean reflecting off of the sky.
The girl's eyes widened when her gaze rested on Peter's figure and saw Tinker Bell fluttering besides the boy, Marina gave Tinker Bell a apologetic look, while the puppy gave a apologetic whimper as it got up and joined the girl's side. Then she got up and walked quietly and gracefully towards Peter, her shadow strayed off on to her bed.
*Marina* said Tinker Bell with a warm smile and nodded to Peter's crouched figure.
Marina looked around as if she's a little unsure and nervous about getting this close to Peter. Not so far off, one of the other girls also woke up and joined Marina.
"Peter . . . Pan?" whispered Margaret, her eyes were wide and bright with surprise and compassion.
Marina was giving Peter sympathetic look.
Marina had hid away her compassion and kind side from the children who had picked on her and she had showen her sarcastic and sharp side to the children at school, but when she saw Peter crying her compassion and kind side had came back to her heart and respect and trust came into her mind.
Margaret joined Peter's right side and gently put her hand on Peter's other side and gave him a sidelong hug.
"Peter, you must stop grieving and open you're eyes to the living." whispered Marina softly to Peter.
Peter lifted his head, his tears started to dry up. At first, he thought that Wendy had came back to comfort him, but instead two of the girls had woke up and started comforting him.
Peter jumped into the air with surprise, the girl fell down on her left side and the other girl looked around in surprise, blinking hard. The girls looked around the room, but when they noticed that the windows was left opened, Marina rolled her eyes and slapped her left arm from the mosquito bites.
"Now I wonder who left the window opened." grumbled Marina as she tried to hide her yawn, then she looked around. "And for the love of Pete, where did that boy go?" The other girl sighed. "Am I seeing things again?"
Then Marina froze and her eyes softened as she watched Tinker Bell landed on the Marina's shoulder. While Margaret and the others watched Tinker Bell will amazement.
"I'm glad to see you again, you sneaky little fairy." said the girl with a smile as she greeted the fairy.
The girl stepped forward a bit with a bit of a limp, probably because one of Marina's leg is still asleep. Margaret gave Marina a wide-eyed surprised look.
*Marina!* cried out Tinkerbell. *You have grown since the last time me and my friends have seen you!*
Tinker Bell came in gently hugged Marina's neck and kissed the girl on the cheek.
"Same thing with you Tink." said Marina warmly. "You look really beautiful."
*I have friend here.* said Tinker Bell.
"I think we just saw him, but he disappeared." said Margaret, getting over her shock.
*Oh, he didn't disappear, he's up at the ceiling.* said Tinker Bell.
"You mean he can fly without pixie dust?" asked Marina as she tilted her head.
*Yup.* said Tinker Bell with a smile.
Marina and Margaret both looked up and gasped when she saw Peter flying on the ceiling and then Peter landed in front of them. In the moonlight, Peter can make what type girls they are.
The first girl is is tall and slender with fair skin with long and curly brown hair with a black bow on the top of her head, warm sapphire blue eyes, and wore a long white-blue night gown. Her ears and nose probably came from Jane.
The second girl is tall and slender with long-limbs, fair skin in the shade of golden-brown, long and glossy golden-blonde hair with two braids from each side and tighted into a ponytail, high cheekbones, deep sapphire blue eyes, on her cheek and under her ear was a fading pinkish-red scar, and wore a sky-blue night gown.
"Who are you?" whispered Peter as he landed.
"My name is Margaret, daughter of Jane." said Margaret.
"My name is Marina, daughter of Daniel known as the younger brother of Auntie Jane." said Marina softly.
"Why are the others here?" whispered Peter.
"Business trip for some of our parents, and they are my cousins, it's mostly the first time we've ever met." said Marina with a smile and bright eyes.
After a moment of calming silence, Peter can't help but notice that Margaret and Marina seemed to be getting more restless than they were asleep. But then they heard barking from the beds, two crazy brown and white puppies appeared and started to run towards Peter. Peter paincked and flew upwards again, but Margaret caught her puppy and pulled her puppy backwards from Peter and Marina caught the other puppy and hugged her puppy to her chest. Marina's puppy relaxed, but the puppy eyed Peter and Tinkerbell with a wary expression. But Margaret's puppy on the other hand was growling and barring her teeth at Peter.
"Calm down Little." soothed Margaret to the crazy puppy.
"Sorry about that, Margaret's puppy is Little Nana and my puppy is Nancy." said Marina soothingly to Peter.
Peter nodded, but his eyes were still bright with fear as he looked down at the puppies.
"Don't show your fear or they will fear you." said Margaret as she met Peter's eyes without fear.
Margaret's eyes brightened with an idea, same thing with Marina. The two girls exchanged looks and both smiled and nodded with a silent agreement.
"Come down Peter." said Margaret to Peter with warm eyes.
"Why?" asked Peter wary as he landed a few inches away from the girls and their wild puppies.
"Just sit down with us." said Marina with a bit more force in her voice.
Peter sat down just a inch away from them, then Margaret reached for Peter's wrist.
"Trust us we know what we are doing." said Margaret as she gently grabbed Peter's wrist.
Peter gulped nervously as Little stopped growling and barring her teeth at Peter and started sniffing Peter's wrist as if she was looking for something in his wrist. The puppy relaxed, she started wagging her tail, her eyes brightened, and started licking Peter's wrist. Peter chuckled as Margaret let go of the puppy and the puppy sat down and looked up at Peter as if she was waiting for something.
"Little wants you to pet her." said Margaret to Peter with pride in her eyes.
Peter started petting the puppy and Little started panting happily and started to edge closer to Peter. Peter was surprised how warm and soft Little's fur was.
Peter looked up and noticed that Margaret had pride shinning her eyes and in Marina's sparkling eyes was approval. Nancy's eyes became warmer and friendlier as she looked at Peter and Tinkerbell.
"Is it okay that us and our cousins go to Neverland with you?" asked Margaret suddenly, which took Peter by surprise. "It's also been my dream to fly, make fun of Captain Codfish and his crew of sardines (Peter had a amused spark in his eye at the Captain's nickname), swim with the mermaids, fly with the fairies, and play with the Indian kids."
Peter finally smiled and his eyes softened, his hand squeezed Margaret's hand gently. He ignored Tinkerbell's loud complaints.
"Of course, I want you and your cousins to come over to Neverland." said Peter softly.
