Chasing Annie's stars

Two-promise

" Annie, your very special to me you know that right?" I Said to Angelina.
" your very special to me two,"She Said, facing my head.
" you know whatever I do is never ever intended to hurt you right?" I Said.
"I know." She said laying down on my couch.
" so do you want me to buy you a plant?" I Said, panicked to break the news.
" ummm, okay?.. actually, no. I'd probably kill it." She Said, with that smile I love.
I sighed as I slumped onto my couch beside her.
There was silence. Not bad silence. Peaceful silence. Another thing I love about her.
" Finn, you can go." She Said.
" what are you talking about?" I Said.
" you can go film. Just please come back." She Said.
" how'd you know?" I asked, surprised.
" your left middle finger twitched when you get nervous, mostly when you break the news with me" She Said, looking up.
Why was she looking up?
Oh. Not to let me see her cry.
She closed her eyes four a couple minutes.
" can we go to your roof?" She asked.
"Okay." I Said back, giving her my softest smile.

Once we where on the roof, she looked at me with her sparkling eyes.
" promise you'll come back?" She asked.
" pinky promise " I Said holding my pinky out.
She took it and we pinky swore. Then we held hands.
I NEED to stop leaving her alone.
" where are you going?" She asked, squeezing my hand in hers.
"To cast ST. In Atlanta, Gorgia." I answered.
" okay..." she answered, looking back up at the stars.
They where so beautiful. They made me think of Annie's smile.
About a hour passed of peaceful silence.
" when I'm away, look up at the stars at night and think of me. I'll do the same. Just know, your best friend is in Georgia, looking up at the same stars as you..." I told her.
She smiled. And a long sparkle fell down her face. A tear.
"Okay." She Said back, then we both looked back up at the stars as a silent tear crawled down my face, just like Annie.
