Part 6

As you observed the nevermore circling around the arena, you called out to Pyrrha once again.

Y/n: Pyrrha, come on! Get up!

Despite your efforts, Pyrrha remained frozen in shock at what she had done to Penny. Jaune rushed to her side, but the nevermore broke through the glass of the arena and landed in front of them, pushing them both back.

As the nevermore let out a loud screech and charged towards Pyrrha, you sprang into action and delivered a powerful punch to the creature, sending it reeling.

Y/n: Take that, you vile nevermore!

The nevermore began to circle the arena once more, but this time, the weapon lockers landed on top of it, pinning it to the ground. You quickly retrieved your weapon from one of the lockers.

Y/n: Alright, let's do this.

The rest of the team followed suit, arming themselves with their weapons. Ten sliced the nevermore's eyes, blinding it, and Nora delivered a crushing blow to its head with her hammer. Yatsuhashi and Sage finished the creature off by decapitating it, causing its headless body to disintegrate.

Y/n: Well, that was certainly impressive.

As Ruby looked over to Pyrrha, the latter began to apologize, holding a piece of Penny's clothing.

Pyrrha: Ruby, I'm so sorry...

Tears began to fall from Pyrrha's eyes, and Ruby reassured her that it wasn't her fault. Jaune agreed, handing Pyrrha her spear and shield.

Jaune: Whoever's on the microphone, they're the ones responsible for this. And we have to make sure they don't take anyone else.

Griffins appeared on top of the arena, and you alerted the team to their presence.

Y/n: Griffins!

Ruby asked Sun for his scroll, and he handed it over to her with his tail. She used it to bring the weapon locker down to the ground, but as she ran over to retrieve it, a griffin landed on top of the locker that held Crescent Rose. The griffin roared at Ruby, but something shot it, causing it to fly away from the locker.

You turned to see Professor Port and Oobleck standing behind you.

Port: Students, I think it would be best for you to leave.

Y/n: Sir, we can help with...

Oobleck: Mr. Y/n, this day will surely go down in Remnant's history. I'd prefer it if my students could live to tell about it.

Ruby retrieved Crescent Rose from the locker, and everyone began to run towards the exit. You saw Velvet taking a picture of Ruby's weapon and winked at her, causing her to blush.

As you ran over to Ruby to ensure her safety, you kept a watchful eye on the griffin, ready to protect your team at all costs.

Y/n:Come on everyone, let's go!

You guys all got to where General Iroonwood was.

Ruby:What's going on?

Ironwood:Grimms are crawling over the city.The white fang has invaded beacon and to make matter worse, some-

He looked behind him.

Ironwood: Vagabond has seized one of my ship.Until we gain command, the skies sew out my control.So I'm -

Ironwood pulled out his gun and shot a attacking Grimm.

Iroonwood:Going to take it back.

Iroonwood began to board the ship.

Y/n:Let us come with you!

Ironwood:I would rather you not, you guys get in the way.

Iroonwood continue to board the ship.

Jaune:What should we do?

Ironwood:You have two choices. Defend your kingdom and your school... or save yourselves. No one will fault if you leave.Lets move out.

Everyone got aboard the airship, and it took off as Ironwood commanded,

Iroonwood boarded the airship and the ship took off.

You watched as Iroonwood's ship fell out of the skip of the ship.

Y/n:No.

Sun:Ruby what are you doing?

Looked to see Ruby running put of the ship, you decided to follow behind her but not before creating a clone of yourself using your semblance.

You and Ruby were on the ship Roman was on.

Y/n:Dammit Ruby What were you thinking?

You knocked her on the head.

Ruby:Ow, sorry.

Y/n:Just don't do anything reckless again, okay? Now we have some work to do.
