Matthew woke up slowly and grudgingly, like the days back when he had school, except he found himself sitting in a chair rather than laying down in his bed. His head felt like it had been shot, and he groaned in pain. Matthew was feeling helpless and weak, and he could barely move his body. Bringin his hands up to his temples, he tried to lessen this sudden splitting headache.

"I think he's coming to," Matthew heard someone say. The voice was definitely female, and sounded like she was trying to be soothing and full of concern, overall appearing to be reserved and unintimidating. Matthew had opened up his eyes, but only to still see nothing. He wasn't wearing his glasses, and the room was still very dark, as well as fuzzy. Still confused, he only managed to speak three words.

"Am I dead?" He groaned again and put his head in the palm of one of his hands, holding on to the chair arm with a death grip in the other hand as to not fall out.

"Here. Maybe these will help." Someone or something held out his glasses close to his face. Matthew couldn't make out much, but he saw that whatever it was holding his glasses, it was blue. Wait, blue? Why was that familiar? Matthew reached out and took his glasses and put them back on his face. Doing so revealed Bonnie and Chica standing right over him, bending down in front of him as he was sitting. Fear instantly kicked back in and the energy outburst caused him to try and move away. However, all Matthew did was toppel backwards over the chair, bringing him down with it. The two animatronics took a couple steps towards him, confusion and concern visible on their faces as Matthew was then trying futilely to scramble back to the wall, his back hitting it.

"No! D-Don't kill me! Please!" Matthew cried out, still trying to push himself backwards despite being right up against the walls of the office.

"What makes you think we want to?" asked a confused Bonnie, "We just wanted some fun. We never expected you to run away, you're actually the first night guard to ever do so."

"R-Really? I th-thought that they all died. Y-You've killed them all." Matthew said slowly as he caught his breath, no longer trying to make a hole in the wall behind him. Bonnie reached out a hand, and he hesistantly took it, getting himself back onto his feet.

"Well, yeah, but we're not human," said Chica, "and we may tend to forget people need to breathe and get carried away, but still, the previous night guards, all of the ones we got to, died happily."

"However, just about every one of them only got the job to use us as sex toys," Bonnie said, with a bit of irritation in her voice, "regardless of the guy on the phone warning them, and we thought that you would've be the exact same." She let out a sigh. "The only one who doesn't like all too much is Freddy, but as for us two, we just try to give the night guards what they wanted, and we thought you wanted to make some sort of game out of it."

"I'm no pervert! I only got this job so I could actually afford to keep myself fed," Matthew all but yelled at them. Then when he saw Chica looking hurt at his words, he quickly added, "No offense." Bonnie, on the other hand, had smiled. She looked so happy and proud you would've probably just assumed that she had just won the national lottery.

"Ha, yes! I knew it! Freddy was wrong about you, and just wait until I rub it in her face!"

Just then, Matthew's phone alarm went off, signaling that the time was finally 6AM. Matthew could leave! Bonnie and Chica started to walk back to the stage as the lights already began turning themselves on for the day.

"Hey, Bonnie. Chica." Matthew called after them. They stopped walking and turned back to him. "I'll be back tomorrow night. Count on it." Matthew winked and Bonnie and Chica smiled before returning the gesture.
