The group returned to the Celestial Domain, and while everyone went about their buisness, Mirage went to the castle library to visit her other bodyguard and oldest friend. The library was large, with shelves upon shelves of books. Not many people went there, so it was very quiet. Only one person came every day and that was Jackson, Mirage's oldest friend. She walked into the library and saw him. He wears a special tuxedo that only fits him, because he's ten feet tall and extremely muscular. Tan colored rock-like scales cover his body and he has a dragon-like head, but possesses no horns. Instead, he sports a mane of silvery white hair. Mirage ran toward him and hugged him around his waist. "It's so good to see you, Jackson!" He notices her and smiles. "Mirage!" He embraced her but did so carefully so he didn't hurt her. "How are you today? Do you know about the tremor that happened earlier?" She released him and showed him the tablet from the cave. "I was right in the middle of it. We were exploring a cave on the surface when the tremor happened. This tablet fell off the wall." He looked at the tablet. "Ancient text? There hasn't been anything like this for thousands of years." "I was thinking the same thing. Do you think you could translate it? I've lived a long time but I've never seen anything like this." "The text says: The Guardian of lightning, incased in his prison of rock and stone. Slumbering until the day he is needed to face the mass of corruption once again, he slumbers for all eternity." "That must've been the creature we saw in the cave. He must've been the Guardian of lightning! But what could the corruption be?" "I am not sure what the corruption is. This involves more study." She took the tablet and opened a portal. "Since you can translate that text, I need your help with something. Follow me." She walked through the blue portal. They walked into a large chamber. They were in an underwater temple. The temple resided in a clearing within a valley of underwater mountains. Dangerous fish and organisms lived among these mountains to keep the temple safe from unwanted intruders. Murals depicting battles and gods lined the walls. A skylight revealed the watery world above them with fish swimming by, casting a blue light in the chamber. "So where to mistress?", Jackson asked. "This way." Mirage walkedto a door that rose when she traced something on its surface. The other chamber had a mural depicting Mirage fighting against Dementia. A large stone tablet laid below the mural. "I found this tablet inside of an ancient castle. I couldn't translate the text so I kept it here." Jackson looked at the tablet. "It says: an unlikely union shall overcome the impending mass of corruption. A former sin shall rise against the others and shall lead to victory, but alas, beware of the chaos that will ensue from gaining power." "Will there be someone to fight the chaos? I will probably have ascended by then. I will no longer be here." "Only time will tell, Mistress Mirage. We will have to wait and see." "I guess you're right." She walked over to another pedestal and put the other tablet on top. She walked out of the room and into the portal.
