"You're late!" Dr Min exclaimed as soon as I pushed the door open in a hurry... of the conference room. 

"I...I'm sorry, Dr Min. I won't repeat this again..." I apologised as I was late... while I was trying to catch my breath. I ran all the way here, still I'm late. 

It's all Taehyung's fault. He did all this intentionally... with his bad purpose.

"Alright, take your seat." He said immediately. I bow and took my seat.

TAEHYUNG'S POV:

I was in Jimin's work place. Jimin being a Deputy Chief is a plus point for me.

"I'm going to take this... I have a feeling of need..." I grabbed one of those and placed inside my pants pocket.

"Taehyung that's not a toy you can play with...!" Jimin exclaimed. 

"Hey, cool down~ You already have many... Give me keys for the same." I demanded. He removes key... I grinned and patted on his shoulder. "Thanks Chim!" 

"I only have one key for that one. Don't loose it." Jimin tells as I took the key.

"I won't... anyways I don't need after using once." I smirked as I got an idea. It will be fun for sure...

"Don't miss th--"

"Maybe~" I shrugged. 

"I have a bad feeling... give me back." Jimin tried to get the key back... while I backed away. 

"Let me have little fun~" I chuckled.

SOHYUN POV: 

In evening,

I'm tried of all this already... this won't last long. I hope so...

Mina open the door with a force... made my head dash up.

"Regret. What kind of regret is this...?! when you were--" I cut off Mina's words in frustration. 

"Stop it. I don't want to remember anything, anymore... You're making me feel worse!" I shouted in anger. I closed my eyes and ears with my hands... not wanting to see or listen.

"Mina! That's not a way to talk with senior..." Nayoung said.

Mina came in front of my desk to spill over her thoughts... "How can you be like this... while you're husband is so handsome and sweet at the same time..." 

"He is not what he looks...! He is not." I exclaimed. There eyes widen in surprise...

"What that means...?" Nayoung asked.

FLASHBACK:

"You have one week...! Just one week to save your mom. If not... she will die because of your sins!" Taehyung shouted loudly. 

"No... you can't." I said in disbelief.

How can he...?! He won't do...

"You disobeyed. Exchange your life with your loved ones." A smirk plaster on his face. 

"No... Not my mom! I have disobeyed. Punish me. Not my mom." 

I said without even thinking of myself. I regret it now... His eyes darted coldly as he stepped closer... while I stepped backward. My heart was beating crazily. I shouldn't have said that...

My steps stops as my back touches the wall. I felt my end now... my stomach flips... 

He slammed his hands over the wall...I flinch in fear... He blocked me there... while his eyes piercing through me.

"I don't want to kill you... you're mine." 

He holds my chin forcefully up... towards his fierce eyes. 

"But I can... softly." He added.

PRESENT:

"He is-- leave it. You won't understand." I swiftly left the office... it's hurts. When my own friends don't trust me anymore. 

"Sohyun!" Nayoung exclaimed as she tried to hold me but couldn't... I quickly moved in my room as I wore my doctor coat on... with the stethoscope and list of patients to attend. 

I have to keep a check on the patients... I tried to be calm and work properly. I'm on pills... hope I won't faint this time.

There talk is only making me nauseous... I feel irritating, troubled, nervous... 

I fear myself losing now. Anxiety takes over me... I don't want to trust anymore... flashbacks are just messing my mind.

My head pains badly... every time when I try to recollect memories. All I can see is cloudy, unclear moments... blurry faces...

I can't take it anymore.

Breathe. Calm down. I can do this.

"Hello, Jane. How are you feeling today?" I asked Jane. A 16 year old girl fighting with brain cancer. Seeing my patients happily smiling made feel me better. 

She will be fine after her surgery. I wish good for her. She has a long life ahead... unlike me.

"I'm fine Dr So..." She said.

"Here's your meds." The nurse handed the medicine and a glass of water.

"No, Dr So... it's bitter." She whined. 

"Jane... it's for your health. Be a brave & good girl."

"If Dr So say so..." She takes her medicines. 

"Good." I smiled.

Time skips, at night 8 p.m~

I was working in my cabin. My work was almost done. We just need to check and make a report on this new medicine.

*knocks*

"Come in." I said.

A nurse came inside... "You have a visitor, Dr So." She said. 

"Let her come in." I said as I focused on some files.

"It's not she... it's he."

"What...?"

I was surprised as even though I work as oncologists but here in this hospital I mostly work as specialist for gynaecologist. (Maternity Specialist)

Suddenly, someone barged inside... made me shock.

"How is my babygirl doing...?" Taehyung said in a charming way.
