You'd think a boy like Alois wouldn't even think about raising a child because of his past. You'd be right, he never thought he could or would. Good thing parent hood snuck up on him.
It was a normal day for Alois Trancy. Ordering around Claude, torturing Hannah, and basking in the fact of how powerful he was. That normal day however, came to a close as the events that night surprised him.
Alois was having dinner that night when he heard a knock at the door. "Claude! Who's there? I didn't make an appointment with anyone tonight." Alois whined, as he took a bite of his meal. "I'll see to it at once, your highness." Claude replied in the same monotone as always, started off to the door. Alois, who was pissed off as hell, but also intrigued by whoever was knocking, followed after Claude, staying behind him in case if an assassin wanted refuge.
When they arrived to the door of the manner, Alois stepped back a little as Claude readied his knifes, while opening the door. What was reviled next was... odd. It was a wooden shipping container with a 'caution fragile' stamp on all four sides. There was also a note attached to it.
""This waste of space has no use for me. If you end up with this and it's dead, just throw it out, it's nothing important."" Alois read.
'Dead...?' He thought.
"Claude, open it, I want to see what ever this thing is." Alois ordered Claude. Claude nodded as he kneeled down, opening the container with his hands. Alois's eyes widened as he saw the context of the box.
It was a small infant with (H/C) wisps of hair, and (S/C) smooth skin. It looked to be about four to five months. The boy kneeled down along side his butler. "C-claude... Is it dead?" Alois asked quietly with concern. You see, since he was called unimportant, a waste of space, and was thrown out to die oh so long ago, he felt sorry for it.
Claude touched the little baby, feeling for a pulse. Not finding one, he said "I apologize, your highness, but it appears to show no sign of life. I can barry it tomorrow if you'd li-" He was cut off by rustling in the box. They quickly looked back down to see the baby rubbing it's eyes tiredly.
Alois picked it up and cradled it in his arms, spinning it around happily. "Well, well, well, look who decided to survive? Claude, make a room for it at once, I'm keeping it!" All the demons were shocked when something so small could bring this much joy to their highness.
"Yes, your highness, I'll make the preparations at once." Claude responded and went off to complete his order. "I promise you, I will never abandon you." Alois says, as you smiled at him.
