*A week after Nate and Ray kiss, Nate is ignoring Ray
Nate's POV
It's been a week since Ray kissed me and I can't stop thinking about it. I mean, I know I'm bisexual but Ray's straight; he kissed me because he was drunk, completely out of it, and didn't know what he was doing. I mean he knew what he was doing with the kiss, it was great, but he didn't know he was kissing me. He probably thought he was kissing some hot chick. I'm removed from my thoughts by someone bumping into me. I look up to see the guy I've been avoiding, Ray freakin Palmer. Great, seeing him is just what I needed right now, (note the sarcasm). "Oh, hey Ray, it's good to see you." I say, and immediately turn to walk away. I then feel a hand on my wrist, I'm pulled back, and the next thing I know Ray's kissing me. Holy shit he's kissing me and he's sober! At least I think he is. I mean, I don't smell any alcohol on him but then again, this kiss is way too distracting. After a couple minutes, we pull apart and Ray says, "Stop avoiding me, I know that you've probably been avoiding me because you think that the only reason I kissed you last week was because I was drunk, but that's not true. Nate, I really like you. Hell, I even think that I love you, so will you please stop ignoring me and be my boyfriend?" I'm so far taken aback by what Ray said, I ask him "What did you say?"
"I asked you will be my boyfriend?"
"Hell yes I want to!" I pull him close to me and kiss him, and I can't help but feel happy. I'm finally with the guy that I've been pining over since I got here! Just then I hear Mick say, "Finally, you two idiots got together." We pull apart to see Mick walk away. I turn back to Ray, smile, and say
"I'm happy!"
