Raven's PoV
I was walking with Maddie and talking with her about us being roommates.
"So...Maddie what do you think about this year?" I asked
"Well, I bet it will be hat-tastic since we would be roommates again."
I sighed, I just remembered every time I walk through the doors and my spellementary hexperience memories.
They call me 'evil witch' or 'evil queen'. It's so unfair, I wish they could hexperience what I've been through. Anger filled my body till I burst out saying-
"I'm so sick of everyone calling me I'm 'evil' because my mom was, it's not fair." I said banishing my chest.
"No one to thinks you're evil, you're just talking crazy" She said doing a cuckoo hand sign.
"The daughter of the Mad Hatter calls me crazy?" I giggled a bit, cracking a smile.
Now I was walking through the doors of Ever After,
But unfortunately, when I walked in there was a little pig saying
"Run!"
"She's evil!"another student said, then in a blinked of an eye everybody were gone and only scattered paper was the only thing left.
"See they love you, ooooh, tea time!" man that girl is really obsessed with tea.
"Raven wanna join us?"
"No, I'm good." I said walking away.
"I'll just see you before lunch"
(Skip time to lunch)
The bell rang which means, lunch time. I grabbed my lunch and walked towards the other students but they ran away. Until one of the Charming's approached me.
"Hey, Raven. You look gort, I mean I great." I giggled everytime he says 'gort'. Dexter is so dorky and clumsy yet samrt and charming.
"Umm... I'd like to offer you a seat but I'm *hand gesture sign* evil?"
"No Raven, you're not evil. And don't ever think of that, because your smart, beautiful, and kind." Those words just made me feel butterflies.
"Thank you. At least there's also someone who understands me"
"I know that feeling because I'm always under Daring's shadow, and because of my dad." He said with a hint of sadness. I didn't know that we feel the same living in the shadows of our parents and he's brother.
"Oh. You shouldn't be living under their shadow. Because you're not Daring, your Dexter, the dorky,smart,kind and clumsy Dexter charming that I know." I smiled at him and he smiled back.
"Say...since classes starts next week. Wanna hang out a bit?" He was surprised at first and nodded next. After a bit of talking I heard one pig saying 'its Apple White' and saw her walking down the linking arms with The Great Daring Charming.
I stood up with Dexter immediately saying-
"Apple White nice to meet you." I said putting my hands out to shake hands with her.
"Don't stare it the teeth." Daring warned. Wow, that boy really follows what his father says.
"So Raven, what's your first class?" She asked
"Ummm....History of Evil Spells?"
"Oh that's good. It will help you Excel being a better evil queen. Anyway hex ya later."
"Phew, good things she's gone. I can't stand being with her all day, talking about destiny since it's Legacy year." I thought of Legacy Day. I don't wanna be evil and be the hatred of them all, I want to be me and not like my mom. And I don't wanna sign the Storybook of Legends either.
"Well, do you know what your destiny is,Dexter?" I asked him. Eyes big as sauces and cheeks blushing.
"No, but I rather write it with someone I like."
"Who do you like?" I asked him, who does he like?
"No one." Well ,that was awkward. Who would he want to write his destiny with?
"Okay, so wanna hang out now?"
"Yeah, sure. Where do you want to go?" He asked
"How about at the Mad Hatter's haberdashery and tea-shoppe? I heard they make fairy good frappucinos there. So wanna come?"
"Yeah sure, anything you want I'll go for it."
(At the Mad Hatter's tea-shoppe)
"So Dex what do you like?, I'll go with cookies and cream with strawberry foam and chocolate toppings."
"Really? You like that flavor? We like the same frappucino!"
"Oh really? We do have something in common."
Me and Dexter were strolling through the Village of Book Ends with our frappucinos. We were laughing about our funny and embarrassing moments. By the time we reached to our dorms we bid each other goodbyes.
When I opened the door I was hexcited to room with Maddie this year again to see what surprise she have today.
Male Narrator: But what Raven don't know, there was another surprise for her waiting.
Brooke: But that's all for now and the end...
Female narrator: is just the beginning.
