April fool's day

As it was raining, Annabel sat close to her window watching the little drops of rain water fall. She was thinking of pranks for April fool's day. Suddenly her brother, Jamie came into her room.

Jamie: Annabel, mom calls for you.
Annabel: oh Jamie, how are you?
Jamie: well I am fine. Hurry up and come downstairs we are all waiting for you.
Annabel: OK tell mom I'll be there in a sec.
Jamie: OK see ya downstairs.

Jamie quickly ran downstairs for breakfast.

Annabel stood up and went to the bathroom to take her bath and brush her teeth. She finished and went downstairs for breakfast. When she went, her mom was in the kitchen bringing out the breakfast for the kids to eat. Annabel sat down quietly and waited a little bit for her mom to bring the food out. Her mom came out of the kitchen with corn flakes and milk.

Annabel: Good morning mom, how was your night?
Mrs Anika: it was fine my darling. How was yours?
Annabel: it was also fine mom. What's for breakfast? I am starving.
Mom: it's corn flakes dear.
Annabel: OK mom so where is dad?
Mom: oh, he is outside washing the car.
Annabel: now let's eat breakfast
Mrs Anika: OK dear

They started eating their breakfast and finished on time. Jamie and Annabel cleared the table and went outside to say hi to their dad.

As they went outside, the saw their dad seriously washing the car so that it would be sparkling. As he was focused on the car, the children planned on pranking him.

Annabel: Omg...dad there is a huge snake here it's trying to swallow Jamie and I(with a terrifying voice)
Mr Lincoln: Oh no, where is it?
Jamie: look dad it's now at you back almost close to your legs now.
Mr Lincoln: oh no...
Annabel and Jamie started laughing at their dad as he tried to find the snake.

Annabel: hey dad
Mr Lincoln: what is it? Is it there?
Jamie: guess what
Mr Lincoln: I can't guess now I am trying to find the snake
Annabel: it's a prank dad
Mr Lincoln: huh? So you guys pranked me?
Jamie: Yeah we kinda pranked you.😂😂😂
Mr Lincoln: o goodness you kids are so full of pranks
Annabel: Yes we are dad 😀😀
Mr Lincoln: OK. Annie, please go and help your mom clean the house. While Jamie will stay here with me in case there is a snake again 🤔
Jamie: huh?
Mr Lincoln: just kidding.😉
Annabel: well I'm off guys
Jamie: see you later sis.

Annabel went inside the house to help her mom do some chores. Annabel dress her bed and cleaned her room. She also did the laundry and cleaned Jamie's room. All work was done and they all had their bath. Annabel took some pictures in her room and posted it on Instagram and she also updated her WhatsApp pic. She called her Best friend, Linda.

Annabel: hey bestie.
Linda: oh hey girl what's up?
Annabel: I'm cool and you?
Linda: I am just fine
Annabel: OK girl. So how are your preparations for April fool's day?
Linda: well nothing really
Annabel: OK, as for me I've got pranks.
Linda: oooh.... Can't wait to see.
Annabel: it's totally exclusive.
Linda: whoa... That sounds awesome. See you later my mom calls for me, bye.
Annabel: Bye.

Later in the afternoon, Annabel played computer games on her laptop. She finished playing video games and called he best friend to meet her at the ice cream shop close to her house. Linda and Annabel met at the ice cream shop and discussed of who they will prank and what they will use to prank them.

Linda: I've got a good plan
Annabel: ok go on
Linda: well I browsed of the 2018 best pranks and one was about putting a balloon on someone's chair and when the person seat on it, it'll explode.
Annabel: that sounds amazing
Linda: let's take our ice cream before it melts

They took their ice cream and went home. Annabel bought all her pranking stuff and went home. She brushed her teeth and took her bath. After that she slept cuz the next day is April fool's day and she'll not let her brother prank her.
