Taylor's P.O.V.
(edited)
I get off the couch and walk to the bed to see April snoring softly, and laying diagonally on the bed. Hmmm. I know exactly what to do. I walk out of the room across the dimly lighted hall to my brothers room. "Ohhh Zach?" I sang as I skipped into his room. He looks up from his bed annoyed. He is lounging there in nothing but boxers with magazines with cars on the covers and only one ear bud in his ear.
"What now Tay?" He rolls his eyes and looks at his magazine again.
"It's involves April," right as I say that his eyes drown in emotions. Longing, happiness, sadness, and something I've never seen before. I can't quite decipher. It almost looks like admiration, but its a bit different. It's not a normal event to happen since I'm his twin sister and I can read him like an open book.
"Okay. I guess I'll do it." He says, so I tell him what to do. The only reason I'm having him do it is because I don't want April to be mad at me.
As we are in my room, he's hesitating to dump the water because he doesn't want April mad at him either. "Stop being a chicken and just do it." I told him so he'd stop whining about it. Let me get one thing straight Zach hates being called a chicken. Zach is far from chicken hood. He once dived off a cliff into the water. It didn't turn out well he ended up going to the hospital for a week to make sure his brain isn't damaged since he went head first into a rock. In my honest opinion his brain has always been damaged.
She jerks awake and sits up suddenly. She looks up at us and I run out of the room hold Zach's shirt to pull him with me. It's obvious the two of them like each other. Don't get me wrong its absolutely disgusting, but I want them to be happy. I run into Zach's room and push everything off his bed except his Ipod. I plug one ear bud in my ear and offer him the other. Black Veil Brides starts blasting in my ear. Black veil Brides is one of my favorite bands. Thats one thing I share with my brother, music. I'll listen to this kind of music, pop and country. I like a lot of types of music so its kind of weird.
"So, when are you going to grow the balls to ask April out?" I say with one eye brow slightly raised.
Since he was drinking water he kinda he chokes. He looks at me and says, "H-How did you know that I liked her?"
"Well little brother," I start. He is younger than me by two minutes. "I know a lot about you. I am your twin."
"Well she doesn't like me back so. How about the February 30th of 1987." He says.
"You don't that and that date doesn't exist and that year already passed it's 2014." I say matter-of-factly. Is that even a word. Oh well now it is.
"No duh. That was the point." He looks at me as if I'm the most unintelligent being to walk this planet.
"Whatever. Bye!!!" I scream as I walk out.
In the hall I almost run into April who is crying while looking at her phone. "What's wrong A?" I look at her phone and Conner canceled. She ignores me and walks out with her skateboard. And that tells me she just needs to think.

Two and a half hours later April finally comes back. I had been texting her the entire time to make sure she was okay. She hadn't replied, so I was really worried. I couldn't exactly go get her because she was most likely at her and Conner's place. No one knows about this place except the two. I could ask Conner but it wouldn't be special to them anymore.
I was laying on my bed texting Conner when she came in. She goes right to my closet and grabs volleyball spandex and a tank top.
