Chapter 5

Y/N POV

Things have been going well for two weeks. Jungkook didn't even bother to trouble me. Well you guys must be thinking that is a relief but actually it is not. Jungkook not doing anything makes me tensed. The thing that he might be planning to do to me can be really terrible. Silent Jungkook is even scarier than the normal one.

Well today was a holiday, so I decided to spend my time inside my room watching k-dramas and reading some books. I got up from my bed and headed towards the bathroom to do my morning routine. After I headed out from my room I went downstairs to have my breakfast. No one was there near the dining table. But I saw a plate with some food and a sticky note placed next to it.

I took the note in my hand and began to read.

Y/n this food is for you. Today once me and dad return back home we will be needing to talk about something that is important. So do get ready to listen to everything that we have got to say.

I wondered what mom and dad would have to talk with me as they rarely talk to me. I then sat down to eat my breakfast. Once I had finished my breakfast I headed towards my room. I heard my mobile ringing. I rushed towards it and saw the caller id , it was Yugyeom. Well we have exchanged our numbers as we became close.

I then picked up the phone to talk to him. "Y/n-ssi how are you? Well I hope that everything is going good!" He shouted. I laughed at his cuteness and then spoke "Oppa why do have to shout? It's not like I am deaf!! Well I am alright! How are you? Hope that you are also doing good!" "Well I am sorry for shouting! Are you free right now? Do you mind hanging out with me right now?" He asked. "Anyways I am home alone so I'll tag along with you! When are you going out though?" I replied. "Well I am outside your house right now, so you better hurry up and come out within five minutes." He said. "ARE YOU KIDDING ME!! You are already there outside and you are asking me to come within five minutes." I spoke. "No more time for talking! Get ready and then come outside" With that he ended the call.

I got ready in a hurry and I ran outside my house. There I saw Yugyeom waiting in his car. I ran towards the car. I opened the car door and got inside. He then ruffled my hair and asked me "Y/n why does your hair look like it went under a hurricane." He then laughed. I glared at him and spoke "Well if you call me and ask me to get ready in five minutes, then what do you expect me to do." I spoke in one breath.

He then laughed and took us to the café. There we ordered our favourite food and went to the park and many other pleasant places.

(TIME SKIP)

Now we were returning back home. Yugyeom hugged me and asked me to be safe. I nodded and hugged him back and ran inside my house.

I saw my parent's car in the house. I got to know that I will turn out to be a dead meat today. I sneaked into house. And there came my parents with their usual abusive things. My dad came and hit me with his belt "WHERE WERE YOU?? DIDN'T WE ASK YOU TO BE THERE AT HOME ONLY?? DIDN'T WE SAY THAT WE HAVE SOMETHING IMPORTANT TO TALK TO YOU?? WHY DID YOU RETURN BACK HOME LATE THEN??" He kept hitting me. I cried and pleaded him to stop but he continued to hit me.

Then came my mom. She came with a knife and made a cut on my arm. "Y/n didn't we ask you to be there in the house?? Why did you go outside?? WHY DID YOU HAVE TO DO THAT TO YOUR BROTHER?? ARE YOU THAT INSANE THAT YOU ALL THOSE KIND OF STUFFS WITH OUR OWN SIBILINGS!!! SLUT!!!" with that she stabbed the knife in my arm. I screamed and cried in pain. "YOUR SISTER TOLD US EVERYTHING?? HOW CAN YOU JUST BEHAVE THAT WAY??" she stabbed even deeper. I cried loudly.

More than the hurt that the knife caused the words from my parents hurt me the most. My mom pushed me on to the sofa and forcefully made me sit. My dad, mom , unnie and oppa came and sat on the sofa. My mom then spoke "This is first of all not an option, it is an order! For business related matter we will be marrying you off to a guy who is very obedient and beautiful unlike you. So today for dinner we will be meeting the family. Go hide your scars and treat your wound and get ready we'll give you only 10 minutes." I wanted to protest but I knew that I'll end up hurting myself so I just shut my mouth and went upstairs.
