"Baby," Jacobi said softly.

"Cobi," I mumbled back.

"Come on," he kissed my forehead. "It's time for work."

"Nu," I mumbled. "You work. You're alpha."

"And now you're Luna." He said proudly. I slowly sat up, glaring at him.

"Sleepy," I growled at him. He opened his arms for me and Bear and I crawled into them, I wrapped my arms and legs around him.

"It's okay my love," he kissed the top of my head. "You just be a koala until you're ready."

I giggled and cuddled into him. I kissed his neck and he hugged around me before going to gather our things for the day. He piled them by the door and carried me into the bathroom.

I watched as he started the shower and we both got undressed. He led me to the shower, making sure I didn't look at his naked body.

The water ran through my hair, cascading down my back. I stretched up on my toes to reach the shampoo and heard a growl from behind me. I felt his hands on my hips as he pulled me against him.

He bit the mark he had given me, making me moan. I earned a growl of approval and turned to face him. His eyes wandered down to my breasts and I stepped closer so they were against his bare chest.

"Babygirl," he tried to keep his wolf contained. "You're not ready."

I giggled and stepped back, flinging water up onto his face. He glared at me and I handed him the soap.

"You are so lucky you're too cute to be angry with," he mumbled putting soap on a washcloth. I smiled as he gently started to wash me. He massaged every place he washed and I just wanted to melt into him. He rubbed shampoo into my hair, kissing his mark as he rinsed the soap from me.

He quickly washed himself and we stepped out together. I watched him put a towel around himself before he started to dry me off and handed me a pair of underwear and a bra.

"Pretty," I said smiling at the lavender lace.

"Do you like purple?" He asked pulling on a pair of boxers. I nodded and he handed me a purple t-shirt and a pair of overall shorts. "Then I made a good choice. Your shoes are by the door, will you go put them on?"

I nodded and ran to the bedroom door. Light purple flats were waiting there and I almost squealed as I put them on.

"Baby," he called from the bathroom. "Come on, I still have to do your hair."

I got up and walked back to the bathroom. He was dressed in a suit and putting on a dark blue tie. He looked at me and frowned.

"No likes?" I asked looking down at my outfit.

"We should probably dress you a little more appropriately. I wasn't thinking, I just wanted you to be comfortable." He sighed and took me to the closet. "Let's find you a nice dress."

"But purple," I mumbled. I had loved the outfit so much, I didn't want to change.

"I know," he said pulling out a blue dress that almost matched his tie. It had a low neck line and it was the color of a dark blue sapphire, it looked very grown up. "Will you put this on?"

"No!" I grumbled. "Purple!"

"Please, babygirl," he asked quietly. He looked so sad.

"You not like purple?" I asked as I looked down to inspect which part of my outfit he didn't like.

"No," he corrected quickly. "I love purple on you. You look perfect. I just need you to dress a little different for today's Luna stuff."

"Okay," I sighed and took the dress from him. I turned away from him and dropped the overall shorts from my body and pulled the shirt off. I heard a growl as he got closer and nibbled his mark. I knew he was trying very hard to control his wolf.

"Thank you, baby." He whispered to me. I smiled up at him and he pulled the sapphire dress over my hips and onto my shoulders. He zipped the back and turned me to face him. "You look beautiful. Let's go."

He ran a brush through my hair as we collected our things and I could've laid down and slept.

"Alpha Reign!" A large man nearly shouted as he shook Jacobi's hand. "It's great to see you again!"

"Alpha Harmon," Jacobi smiled and looked to me. "This is my mate, Lewana. Lewana, this is Alpha Harmon of the Red Wolf pack. They are our neighbors across the river."

"Hi," I said quietly. I was holding onto Jacobi's arm and partially hiding behind it.

"Hello, little lady." He smiled. He sent me a quick wink and Jacobi let out a possessive growl. "Just kidding, Reign. Let's get down to businness."

Jacobi led us to the table and pulled out a chair for me before sitting beside it. I started to sit, but suddenly found myself falling as my chair was pulled away from me.

I hit the ground with a thud and felt tears in my eyes. Alpha Harmon was letting out a loud laugh and Jacobi chuckled lightly.

As soon as his eyes caught mine, he rushed to me and sat on the ground beside me. He looked over me before pulling me to him.

"Cobi," I mumbled as tears escaped my eyes. He lifted me up and sat in his chair with me wrapped around him. I put my head on his shoulder and tried to stop crying.

"Is she hurt?" Alpha Harmon questioned. "What's wrong, sweetie?"

"She's more scared than hurt. I think she's just embarrassed." Jacobi gently rocked me back and forth and pet my back.

"It was only a joke, Miss Lewana. I'm very sorry," Alpha Harmon said. I was still embarrassed and turned away into Jacobi's neck.

"She will be fine," he assured Alpha Harmon. "Just call for my beta please."

I heard footsteps walking away and soon had Caleb by my side. He lifted my face and inspected me for injuries.

"Luna?" He questioned. "What's wrong?"

"Go get her bear from my bed," Jacobi said as I nuzzled my face back into his neck. Caleb left and I heard a chuckle.

"A bear?" Alpha Harmon asked. "What is she? Six?"

"No," Jacobi said quietly. "She was rogue and now she's just a little shy is all."

"She's a child," Alpha Harmon said in disbelief, all humor gone from his voice.

"She's 19 years old," Jacobi argued.

"She's crying on your lap and wants a fucking teddy bear." Harmon said hitting the table. "And you like it. You're a fucking pedophile. Do you like actual children too?"

I felt myself lift from his lap and moved to the floor as he stood up with a growl. He cleared his throat and took a deep breath.

"I do not like children or that you would claim that I do. It's very-"

"Does your pack know?" The other alpha interrupted him.

"They know that I'm their alpha and I know what I'm doing."

"But do they know the moon goddess gave you a child to fulfill your pedophilia fantasies?" He asked. "Because I'm going to tell them. It's bad enough she was a rogue, now you're fucking a child?"

I heard Jacobi growl and watched hands go across his waist as he started to leap at the other alpha.

"Alpha no!" Caleb shouted shoving him back. "Alpha you can't."

I stood up and Jacobi looked down at me, giving up on fighting for a moment. I walked up to him and hugged him, popping my thumb into my mouth. He froze before putting his arms around me.

The other alpha left and Jacobi sighed.

"What are we gonna do?" Jacobi whispered, petting my hair. I knew he didn't actually want an answer, I just cuddled closer and kissed his chest.
