♠Chapter 2♠

      You stared blankly at the flower now, you took a deep breath. You rose your voice, that now was weak and shaky, "W-Where am I..? Do you know?" You asked with a quiet voice. The flower, known as Flowey grinned more. "Well, your here in Mount Ebott! Home to all monsters! You are new here aren't ya?" He said. You then noted the name, history class. The humans and monsters had a war, and humans came victorious, locking them away here, with a magical barrier. You nodded slowly, adjusting your (Sweater/C) sweater. You looked around the cave like area, it had been colored a darker purple you believed.

  You were brought from your thoughts as the flower put you in some sort of, game stance, a heart popped out of your chest. You gasped, it was the color of red. You looked at it with wide eyes, what was this? "This is your soul! The entire culmination of your being!" You looked back to the heart. So this was your soul? The color of it was red, what could red mean? You didn't know but you noticed a hint of black at the end of the heart, you shook it off. "Your soul starts off weak, but you can make is stronger by gaining something, called lv!" He said with a grin.

   It seemed fishy but you nodded listening, "what does lv stand for..?" You asked, assuming it meant more. Flowey looked to your soul, "It stands for love of course! You want some don't you?" He asked. You weren't able to respond as he spoke up again. "Love is spread through little white.."Friendliness pellets"..Catch as many as you can!" He said with a bright smile. You looked as 5 white little balls appeared. You didn't like the thought of touching one, assuming you shouldn't take them anyway, it was a damn flower after all. Soon the pellets went flying and you, and your soul, dodged each of them.

  Flowey looked at you clearly confused, "You seemed to of missed them silly! You are supposed to catch them." He said, something in the flowers voice seemed..Distorted. You hummed, as another 5 more came at you. Still not trusting them, you dodged once more. How stupid of you, the flower growled, "Catch the fucking pellets!" He snapped. His face looked different, sharp teeth. Flower with teeth, even better. You snapped back of course, "No!". This pissed the flower off more as his face went demonic. White pellets surrounding you now, a circle caving in closer. You closed your eyes ready for fate.

   It didn't come, instead something bright flashed through the darkness, a loud screech heard. You looked up, peeking an eye open looking to see what it was. It seemed to be another monster, a goat looking one. She had a kind face, as she looked at you with a smile. "I'm sorry my child, not many monsters here are good..Are you alright?" She asked walking over to you, glancing over you for wounds. She sighed, "Its not often we get humans down here, in fact your the first in years!" She said, giving a smile of apologies. She helped you up as you stumbled around a bit.

  Maybe the underground wouldn't be so bad after all. You sigh as the goat lady held onto your hand, and dragged you through the place she called the ruins. Taking you through puzzles, telling you how to get things, how to interact with things. A monster although had bugged you and something boiled inside you, to harm it. But you held back and smiled at the goat lady following her through the area. She had left you in the hall for a moment as she ran down it.

  You sat and waited, waited and waited. You assumed she wouldn't be back for a while. So you began your walk to another area, or down the hall. You felt strange, as if you were being watched. A feeling that wouldn't go away, you hummed as you rubbed your forehead. Picking up your pace, you finally came to a bigger room looking around it. You walked around completing several puzzles. You were still exhausted, you needed actual sleep. You met a talking flower, several monsters and a giant goat.

    After time you stumbled into the goat lady again and you gasped. She looked at you with a face of worry, "Oh I was so worried they got you!" She said running up and hugging your small body. You hmph'd looking at her and she let go apologizing. "I..Never caught your name actually." You spoke up, and she nodded. "I am Toriel, keeper of the ruins." She said with a smile. You nodded. "I'm (Y/N)..A uh human from above.." You replied awkwardly. You never talked to people much due to your mother keeping you isolated.

  Toriel nodded, taking your hand again as she led you somewhere. Soon you both came up to a house, it was small but beautiful looking. She walked in and introduced you to the area, including a girl named Ashen who looked up with a small smile. The girl had red eyes, like Toriel and white hair. And ash pale skin, she could of been a human Toriel. After a bit of talking, Toriel then showed you to a beautiful room. It had 2 beds although, had it been Ashen's room as well?

   You didn't know as you plopped on the bed, Toriel left to go make some pie for you and Ashen. It was sweet of her, and made her a lovely monster. You yawned, resting on the green bed, you felt like something else was there. Or, used to be there. You didn't know, you were too tired to acknowledge the room at its finest as you slowly fell asleep from exhaustion. You dreamed that night, or day. You didn't know, but the dream was about your family. That your sister was still alive, and you all lived together happy from any other issues in the world.
